I am a Cole slaw snob and they have the best Cole slaw I have tasted in years. The pulled pork is equally as awesome. Not to mention the Jalapeños. No sauce needed on any of it! Lots of beer on tap. My only request is darker beer like a stout and more cider options (on tap would be great!). We need another good BBQ/beer place in Parker so come share the love!

Food was divine. Beer good. Service. Michael made me feel like I was a bother. [ On phone and catering to regulars] Appetizer and food came at same time. Never had a follow up check in. Lost 2 beer purchase with that boo-boo. Will have to think about return just because of dismissal service.

The parking lot is not to big. There are several shops that share the lot. When you look at the outside of this place, you wouldn't think that inside is the best brisket I've had in a long time. And, they have very good Kraft beers. I travel a lot and I like to find good BBQ wherever I am. This place has excellent brisket.
A other great meal.

If you're looking for good barbecue in Denver, here's your place! I've tried a number of barbecue joints in the city, and this hands down is the best of the bunch! I'm from the south, so needless to say I am picky and know exactly what I'm looking for. A Bit Twisted rivals some of the best spots I've eaten at back home! And I mean what goes better with barbecue than beer! They've locked that down too! What we had:
Grilled cheese brisket sandwich
Salad with pulled pork
Ribs and smoked potato salad
The Texas bock and the hazy IPA
The cheesecake cream ale and the bananas foster hefeweizen
Nothing disappointed! Service was amazing. It's like your local Cheers, where everybody knows your name or they make sure to learn it! This will become a regular spot for sure!

This place has incredible beer and some of the best BBQ I've had outside of Texas. This place is a must-try if you're in the area! Plus they have rib days and pork cinnamon rolls, and they are insane.

It was ok. Wings were small and skid mark sauce was all right but not hot. Just an average brewery. There are far better places to go but this place is fine of you are near and desperate.

Twisted Pub Brew is pretty solid all around. The food is definitely a highlight—I’ve tried the pulled pork sandwich and pretty much all of their meats, and they don’t disappoint. You have to try the Texas Twinkies though, they’re absolutely delicious.

That said, there are a couple things that could use a tweak. The BBQ sauce they give you is a bit on the stingy side, and honestly, the flavor’s a bit different from what you’d expect from traditional BBQ sauces. Also, the soft drinks felt a little watered down—nothing crazy, but still noticeable.

When it comes to service, it’s been hit or miss. The bar’s run by one guy who’s handling both drinks and serving, so you end up waiting a bit longer than you’d expect. It’s understandable, but definitely something to keep in mind if you’re in a rush.

Overall, I’d say it’s a solid 4/5. The food’s awesome, but a few minor tweaks would make this place even better.

The reviews don’t really capture that this place is bar first with no real seating for the restaurant. The dining room looks like it’s meant to be in a poorly lit dive bar. Also, the place was full at 5:15 on a Saturday and no one was eating. Good bar to sit in and spot for takeout.

A Bit Twisted Brewery & BBQ is an outstanding establishment that serves amazing Texas-style BBQ and great beer. But what truly sets them apart is their incredible staff — respectful, caring, and genuinely compassionate.
I can’t thank them enough for the kindness and hospitality they showed during my late wife’s funeral reception. Friends and family came from across the country, and everyone was deeply moved by how warmly we were treated. People still talk about the compassion of the staff and, of course, how amazing the food was.
A Bit Twisted Brew and Pub isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a place where you feel cared for. I will always be grateful for what they did for my family.

Get the pulled pork sandwich, got both sauces on the side, I really liked the hot sauce, just enough spice. Great service and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a BBQ spot. Has a big parking lot, so easy parking. Check it out, great for a lunch meet, not to loud.

This place is great! They generously donated beer for a beer tasting my worked hosted (St. Andrew’s Village Senior Living). My team went and had lunch just the other day - service was great and welcoming and the food was amazing! Taco Tuesday, great deal and some of the best Taco’s I’ve had. Would very much recommend giving them a try.

They generously donated some brews to our senior living community (St. Andrew’s Village) to compliment our Active Minds ‘The Story of Beer’ talk. The tasting was such a hit! Everyone enjoyed the varied flavors and I feel they have gained several new customers! I can’t wait to visit personally and try one of their sours.
