Alright, so I usually go here with my family. It's wonderful... Usually. For awhile we have noticed it's just been going down hill. The service becoming worse and worse with each visit. First the servers just be plain rude, and not getting right potions. Then the icing on the cake that really sealed that I'm not coming anymore is they poured someone else's drinking water into our cups. A table behind us left, and a server took their half full glasses and poured it into mine and my sister's cup.

Staff was a little rude and prices weren't accurate from the menu. Hotpot was supposed to be 25 but ended up being 27 each, and we each had water and finished our food so there was no reason for an upcharge.

Decent all you can eat hotpot.
We came here on Saturday around 5:40pm and the restaurant wasn’t too busy. We got table right away. Order was easy. Food took a bit of time to get ready as we ordered for 4 people at once. Almost everything was good. The squid was too chewy than normal fresh squid, so I was unsure of its quality. The soup base flavor was simple and didn’t stand out much. There is a sauce bar at the end that you can mix up some stuff as you go. Staffs are friendly. Restaurant was clean. Good price for all you can eat.

My husband and I wanted to try hot pot for the first time about a week ago. Our server, Miss. Ting, was so kind and helpful! We went back a second time today and had the same server. Amazing food, fast and kind service, and always keeping an eye out for refills :) we’ll definitely be back!

My favorite hotpot restaurant---HANDS DOWN. I love the staff, I love the broth, I love their selection. There is not a week that goes by that I don't fight the urge to come back (we like trying new places). Their broth is so well seasoned to something I don't ever think I can replicate at home and for a decent price.

Dietary restrictions: You have the power! Control what you order to what fits your dietary and palatal needs!

Parking: You have to share it with all the other businesses in the complex, but there is always plenty of room.

Kid-friendliness: It's interactive and stimulating for children. Just keep an eye on them for hot surfaces and spliiage.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have two long tables in the middle where wheelchairs can easily scoot into.

One of my favorite hot pot joints in the Denver Metro area. They have quality ingredients, the mala broth is nice and spicy, and the staff is always welcoming to my family. Can't recommend this place enough.

This is one of our favorite hot pot spots. We celebrated a bday there this weekend and they were so supportive and sweet with the cake and the singing. They even gave my partner a cute tiny present. The food is always delicious and we had a great time. We always do when we go!

We came here for my birthday and it was an amazing experience! Very kind and attentive staff, they were always checking in on our large party and everyone always had what they needed. The food was excellent in flavor and quality and I had the best time!

As a northerner, this is the most disgusting hot pot I have ever eaten in my life. The bottom of the pot is white water, the sesame sauce is sweet, and even the chili sauce is sweet. I have to add salt to the pot myself after eating. We were five I ate alone and all four of us had diarrhea after eating. Except for the service, everything else about this restaurant is terrible.
