This is my favorite restaurant! The staff and food are amazing and it’s super authentic hot pot. Cannot say enough good things about this spot!!Vegetarian options: The herbal broth can be made vegetarian if you ask and they have a ton of veggies, tofu, and noodles!

Aki is a great place to eat, whether it's dinner for two or for a reunion with friends. You never have to wait long for your food to be served. The sauce bar at Aki has the best sauce choices for any hot pot restaurant in Colorado. They do accept reservations, so I highly recommend you make some if you're coming in with a group of 6 or more. I've never had a negative experience at Aki. And the best part is they serve you vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry ice cream at the end of your meal!

Very Tasty and truly all you can eat three different employees offered me more even after I had already enough for a small family of 4 the taste is authentic and the vegetables are fresh. My only advice is to ask if people are new I was eating thinking my food was really bland before I asked and was referred to the sauce bar. Also my pot was placed down but nobody told me how to turn it on I had to figure it out for myself, but I guess that's somewhat part of the Hotpot experience.

I just celebrated my birthday dinner here last night with some friends. It was our first time here and we all enjoyed it so much! Everything was fresh and delicious. Couple of my friends were late because there was an accident on the highway but the restaurant so kindly held our table. The cost is also very resonable at just $23.99/pp for dinner! So many other AYCA hotpot spots are closer to $35-$40. I really hope this place doesn’t raise their prices too quickly. Most people prefer the meats but our group enjoyed the variety of fresh vegetables the most. The spicy broth was soooo good! Everyone ate until we couldn’t eat another bite. We’ll definitely come back!!

The soup base that they say is vegetarian is actually not vegetarian. It had chucks of Chinese sausage in it. Very annoying especially when you call ahead to make sure they have an option for you to eat as someone who doesn't eat meat. They forgot multiple items when we ordered and then barely gave us any of the mushrooms we asked for (literally like 4 small pieces). Brought out the wrong kind of tofu. Pretty small sauce bar. Biggest negative was the lack of communication about a vegetarian option. A loyal vegetarian accidentally eating meat may get sick! Just say you don't have a broth option for them!Vegetarian options: No vegetarian broth option at all! They say the herbal broth is if you ask, but it has sliced sausage cooked into it.
