Amazing food, truly colombian fast food in Aurora, definitely going back and enjoy this wonderful place again!

The only complaint is that they served too much food, I didn't know how to start devouring it 😳!

I’m going to give my honest review. I was born in Colombia and I’m very familiar with the cuisine. Not all the menu items are good—the hot dogs are delicious and the burgers are very tasty. However, we ordered the picada once and it was awful: the meat was dry and didn’t taste fresh. We’ve also ordered burgers twice; today, the burger was noticeably smaller than usual, which was very disappointing.

Overall, the food can be good, but consistency needs to improve. When I order the same item, I expect it to be the same quality and size as before—not something much smaller. I’ll most likely come back because some of their items are very good, but the price should match the size and quality. And please, take the picada off the menu if it can’t be done right. A proper Colombian picada is out of this world, and what you served wasn’t a fair representation.

Overall, I like this spot—I just wanted to give some honest feedback.

I do not normally write comments, but I saw a bunch of negative comments about the wait time and pricing I decided to write a review. I've been coming here for over a year pretty regularly, and I have never been disappointed. The long wait time is because it's always so busy, which any real food person knows if the wait time is long at a food truck, it's because the line in front of you is long. The food is really good, definitely not healthy, but delicious. I feel like the pricing is fair because it's good food and the portions are pretty large, me and my wife can usually barely finish one thing, but we always end up ordering more than one thing because it's all so good. If your looking for great Colombian street food, I would give Alejo's Burger a shot. I recommend the Alejo's Burger, the Alejo's Dog, and the Papas Locas which is a loaded fries.

Inedible! they put sugar on my food, chicken was to sweet, french fries it seems they used sugar instead of salt. Not coming back here ever

been waiting for like 40 minutes.... Expensive than a restaurant! I ordered the arepa burguer and it's tiny like a McDonald's spicy chicken! This is ridiculous! I promise myself don't come back here ever again!
