Ordered a birthday cake in advance for my stepson. I specifically asked for chocolate cake chocolate frosting two layers. The man I spoke with spoke English and instead of putting happy birthday on the cake he was gonna wait until I picked it up. I showed up to pick up the cake and it was a mousse cake with strawberries and chipped chocolate on top not a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Today is his birthday and I have no other options, but to take it. This is not a matter of a language barrier. This is a matter of people don’t give a damn I will not return to this bakery again.

Honestly, I have no idea how it has good reviews. Honestly, they always charge more, and most of the cakes they sell are expired. I think they should be more responsible because there are children who eat these cakes and as a parent, you trust that you just got it from the store so obviously you give the cake to your children, but honestly, I think we should support each other to report this store. Please do not buy cakes from there, they are always expired, even when they tell you that they just made it, it is a lie.

Do not recommend their cakes at all. Stopped by and bought a tres leche cake, the cake was hard as if it had been sitting out for a long time and not moist at all. The strawberries were old which gave the cake an awful mold like taste! I would save yourself an uncomfortable/unpleasant experience with your guest!

Got a Spring Fling cake here and it was not good at all. The strawberries were old and it wasn’t a good experience, They weren’t very nice when purchasing my cake either they seemed annoyed at even helping me. I probably should have drove the extra 45 minutes to the next place I found that had a Spring Fling cake available.

I went in for bakery goods and I noticed that they Add a makeover to store so it looks very different from the last time I went in.

We decided to try the cake from this place, we were looking for a family bakery but it turned out the same or worse than a chain store. The prices are not at all precise, when it comes to paying they put one more person on the line, when they tell you that they are not going to charge you, it's me and the other. We ordered a wedding cake and the owner told us that he was not going to charge us for delivery because it was a few blocks away and in the end he did charge us. Another thing, he told us that he charged us $120 to rent the arch to sit the cake and in the end he told us that he didn't charge us for that and that he would only return us $100. Having the receipt, it is not an invention, I still did not want to return the full money. Not even because we wanted to look good as the owners of the store, the owner charged us and the owner doesn't remember what they said. It's better to record now because it turns out they don't remember what they say. How horrible, they are liars, arrogant and dishonorable but we won't come here again.
