With the cost of fast food being what it is, we’ve found places like Applebee’s $10 meal deal a real bargain! Fresh grill top hamburgers, all crispy and drippy, with hot french fries, and a place to sit and talk beat the hell out of fast food prices and ambiance!

I use to love this applebees came here everyday. But I just went and the difference is mad crazy now. Food taste like it came out a microwave, I seen 3 different tables then mine all send back the same thing I sent back which was there nachos and burgers smh... The beer taste like they combine it with tap water I promise you, I love Modelo's it's strong taste. Bruh I got it off tap there and it tasted like a rolling stone beer, which is basically water. Bruh I will never go back there again and the staff looked like they dont care about the food or they're jobs. Yea this location is trash 🗑

I placed a pick up order at 620p. Ticket time is 624p with arrival time as 640p. I arrived at 640p and stood at the front without help for some time. Another person came in and we both waited for quite some time in an empty restaurant. Bre or Breann R was sitting at one of her tables right by the door chatting. She finally gets up and asks the names for both our orders to go check on them. She goes to the kitchen and then never returns to us. She goes from the kitchen directly back to the booth right by the front door and sat back down with her friends/family to talk with them. The manager comes to the front and asks the other person and myself if we've been helped. We both say yes because technically we have? The manager is running food and seating a table thats come in. The other server is running food and helping tables. Bre is still sitting and talking with her friends/family. The other server comes to the front and asks the other person if he'd like him to check on his order. He doesn't offer me help and goes to the kitchen. He comes back with the man's food. I then ask the server if he could please check on my order. He says sure and comes back with my food. I ask who my tip goes to? He said it would be Bre or Breann R who is responsible for to go orders tonight. I asked is there any way I could give my tip to him since Bre has been no help, couldn't bother coming back to the front to at least update me and the other customer, didn't box the food, and sat chatting with friends the whole duration of the time I was there. He said not really and I'd have to call in about the issue. I have never watched a server care less about service. I walked out the door at 652p. I waited 12min for absolutely no reason. I'll be calling corporate in the future.

Firstly, I took a look around the kitchen and let me tell you that the chef here runs a tight ship! It was probably the cleanest kitchen I've ever seen. In addition to that my steak was perfectly prepared and the rest of the meal was outstanding. If you appreciate these qualities in a restaurant you would love this specific Applebees. The service is 5 stars as well. Try this one for sure!

My experience at this Applebee’s was amazing. The host Jadyn was super kind and sweet and was super respectful to my family. Our waiter. Amanda was also very kind. She was willing to help us out at any moment. Definitely would come back!!!
Terrible attention from Jadyn, she discriminated against me, she left me waiting for more than 30 minutes and passed on to other large groups and I had to go ask what was happening! Jadyn only limited himself to saying that he doesn't have a table and the truth is that he had free tables and those that were unoccupied he occupied again with diners who had just arrived. I hope you can teach Jadyn how the service works, because your attention and service from Jadyn was definitely fatal!
