We came back and honestly the food was horrible and they took the deal and changed it because we complained about the food. It was the worst experience ever! Never coming back here. I am disappointed.

Leanna was our server. She was friendly up until I told her we need a table for 8. She then proceeded to get upset and shove tables together. She was then our server; where she yelled at us as she walked away. We just asked a simple question. She also proceeded to make excuses for why she was so slow. The food was fine, the experience was awful due to Leanna.

I tried chicken fettuccine, had been sitting under a heating lamp. The person at reception, placed friend and I next to several families.It was very loud. On our way out near the receptionist, 2 people were sitting was quiet.While the entire dining area was quiet.

The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it took about 15 minutes just to get water and an alcoholic drink. The alcohol arrived warm, watered down, and without ice. Service was very slow overall. When we asked for the receipt to leave, it took another 10 minutes and never came, so we paid on the device and left. During this time, our server was standing nearby talking and laughing while the food in her hand was getting cold. Overall, the lack of urgency and attention made for a disappointing experience.
This place is awesome I come and sit at the bar here several times a week; and I genuinely feel way better spirits after leaving. The staff seems like family with each other and their customers—and I always feel so welcome to chat with them. Definitely a different Applebees experience than I have anywhere else
