We were greeted with a bad attitude. Poor service. Did not notify the customer when ordering our meal that they were out of stock on chicken wings . After sitting a while, the manager came out and said he's sorry. My family had to change their order. Then we waited longer, then the food was served cold. Overall, everything was bad.

The food was great, and everything we ordered came out fine. But the service was slow and getting help took effort. Our hostess was amazing and clearly doing her best, but it felt like she was the only one working. I hope this Applebee’s hires more night staff—one person shouldn’t have to handle so much, especially with a large party in the mix.

I had an outstanding experience at Applebee’s thanks to Ashley! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. She gave great recommendations and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to find someone who balances speed, efficiency, and a warm personality so well. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her job. Applebee’s is lucky to have her, and I hope she gets the recognition (and raise!) she deserves!

Always get great service here people are respectful and nice food has been decent or better every time I got some ribs there a few weeks ago and they were great way better than what I expected prices are decent drinks are good it's usually the same bartender every time I go in there and she's really cool and they stay open late

Doesn't anyone ever do there job correctly except me??!!! Absolutely a disgrace. The ribs taste like shoe leather. Looks like last night's left over. If they could receive a 0 I most certainly give it to them
