Food was good, as expected. The reason for the 5 stars is the customer service! The 2 gentleman in the drive thru tonight had amazing customer service. Name on the receipt says Aceyian, I did not get a look at their name tags. Way to go guys! It's rare these days that you go through the drive thru anywhere and have such friendly service.

I order two 1/2 half pound roast beef sandwiches, toss the bun. Then when I eat it throughout the day, I melt butter and dip the roast beef. This is a wonderful way to eat carnivore while you're away from home, which I am because I'm pet sitting for 8 days/nights. Arby's is a perfect place for on the go carnivore.

The manager was running a tight ship. The line was long, and her and her workers were putting out the food pretty fast. It's probably the best Arby's I've been to.
The food was decent, but I found the portion sizes to be on the smaller side. While the flavors were satisfactory, I wished for a bit more quantity.The customer service was also okay. The staff was courteous, but the service didn't particularly stand out. It met the basic expectations, but there wasn't a notable wow factor in terms of attentiveness or friendliness.

They have the meats. I mean, unfortunately, they also have the diabetus. But, it's still a fact that the meats are something they have. I'd eat there every day if I had enough insulin. Friendly employees, too.

Very gross today...ordered a classic roast beef in the drive through, got home and it was disgusting. It tasted like the meat was spoiled. It was also very dry. What is the gross black spots on the meat???
