My husband and I ordered through the drive thru this evening. Jazmin was very patient, professional and very kind even through our order changes. It’s rare these days to have absolutely wonderful customer service but Jazmin was amazing! Nothing was missed in our order and the food was wonderful! This will definitely be our “go-to” location from now on because of the staff! Thank you so much!

I was impressed, to be fair I put in an order for 6 people and nothing was missed. All preferences were accommodated. Took a little longer than I expected but it's easily overlooked due to the order size. 10/10 would come back!

On 10/31/24 I came to your location after spending my day in the hospital ICU because of a horrible accident someone in my family experienced. I came inside but planned to use your online site to order because you offered a coupon for a free dessert and I hoped it would cheer my husband up. Well somehow my order was sent to the wrong location. I felt the wave of anxiety, I spent my last dollar to get this food and no way would I be able to pick it up at this other location and get back to the hospital in time. I approached the counter and was greeted by Joseph. I was on the verge of a meltdown, tears welling up in my eyes I began to explain I accidentally placed the order to the wrong location. Before I could even think what to do he quickly called the other store, cancelled my order to be refunded, got my food ready and bagged within less than one minute, told me not to worry about paying because he was unsure when my card would be refunded after the cancellation. I was stunned. He didn't know why this crazy woman was crying at his counter but he treated me so kindly and with compassion. He wished me Happy Halloween and sent me on my way. Never in my 42 years on this planet has a restaurant employee treated me this way. I'll never forget this guy. He deserves a raise and you should be thankful to have someone like this in your store. He made my horrible situation into a very positive experience and I really needed to be reminded that this world isn't full of uncaring people. Had I gone to McDonald's all I'd have to help me would be a kiosk and an empty counter to cry on and no hope for help. Thank you Joseph, your selfless actions meant more than you know. My family thanks you.

A French dip comes with au jus, hence the whole French DIP. So why it is every time I order the sandwich I NEVER receive the au jus? This is just plan out ridiculous. I’m tired of eating this bread, meat, and cheese plain sandwich. It’s not a hard job, do better

I order from this store often. Through Door Dash and in person. I have had a few issues in the past, but Door Dash is usually the one fixing the problem. Tonight, I went in person and ordered. Around 5 PM. It took a bit to get home and actually open my bag of food. When I opened it, I was very disappointed that I was missing my large curly fries. I have tried calling the store for almost 30 minutes now. The phone has never rang more than once without giving me an automated response and hanging up on me. All I want is to actually speak with a manager and no one will answer the phone. It is very disappointing and upsetting to me.
