The person working the drive thru was incredibly rude and impatient even though there was no line. All we wanted was fries and a shake. We gave him multiple opportunities and he was continuously rude so we ended up not getting anything unfortunately.

This will not be the Arby’s you remember for the good food and excellent service. You will wait for 15-20 minutes just to order your food. You will eat cold food because you won’t want to wait for something warm. You will remember this as the shittiest Arby’s experience.

Worst experience at an Arby's. PERIOD. Went through the drive through and ordered a beef and cheddar, and a French dip meal. Took 30 minutes to get to the window and 10 more to get my meal. $17 and some change and they didnt even give me my beef and cheddar or receipt! On top of that the dining room is closed so all the doors are locked and no one seems to be able to answer a phone? Im on lunch from work and cant wait another 40 minutes in the drive trough so I guess I'm out 6 bucks and a sandwich. Will never be returning to this location!

Usually have great experiences here. But tonight I had a super long wire-y HAIR in my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting as it pulled my turkey and other Ingredients out of the bread!! I am so disgusted I will never eat here again, as the manager only had to say “sorry bout that”
