Fresh and delicious poke bowls. I've had poke bowls all over, the food here is legit. Great selection of toppings, very fresh fish, and they prepared it well. I recommend. Likely to return

Dietary restrictions: I had never been here before and mentioned that to them. I got the spicy bowl with salmon, crab rice and veggies. They failed to mention it’s raw:-( I think that’s important since I didn’t get to eat my lunch. Not everyone likes sushi

Asuka Ramen has been a longtime favorite of ours, and we were excited to see a new restaurant closer to us in Aurora. The inside of the restaurant is cute, small dining area and they even have a little bar for you to sit at as well. The staff greeted us quickly and were patient with us while looking over the menu. Now onto the food, our go-to entree is the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. It is spicy but not super intense, and has really great flavor. The Spring Rolls were nothing special but taste like your standard veggie spring roll. The Lychee Boba Juice was good as well. The DTC location has Pork Belly Buns and we were disappointed to see the new location does not have this on the menu. My favorite thing about this restaurant besides the ramen is how they prepare your to-go orders. They separate your broth and noodles so that your noodles do not get soggy. We cannot wait to go back and get more ramen, highly recommend this spot!!

I was surprised! I door dashed the creamy ramen Anna was pleasantly surprised. The broth is delicious and the noodles and veggies were fresh. I will order again.

I had miso chicken ramen . It wasn’t bad but the chicken, as others mentioned, had fake grilled marks on it. So it’s definitely frozen or fake. The corn was different too, didn’t care for that in ramen. The broth was good though. Not sure why this place is rated so high.

Ordered Tonkotsu Ramen to-go. Didn't eat right away but got it warmed up and it was delicious. Excellent broth.Very quick service. Staff were very courteous. Not many seats for indoor dining, plenty of easy parking for stopping in to-go.

Upon arrival, you have the menu way up on the screen to the right and you order at the counter. If you're dining in (which I did) the food is delivered to your table but you're not given any number or anything to identify that what's being delivered is delivered to the correct table. The workers in the back would ask the person working at the cash register who the dish belongs to and then it's served. This has honestly got to be the most blandest ramen I have ever tasted in my entire life. I'm not sure why but Colorado is very big on chicken broth and it definitely does not bring out the flavor and aroma of what ramen is supposed to taste like. I did not enjoy my meal at all. There was not even a hint of spiciness to it and all the ingredients, besides the chashu, were basically flavorless. I had to grab the soy sauce, salt, and the Japanese chili flakes and I basically drowned the bowl in those 3 to bring out the potential in the ramen bowl. Needless to say I will not be coming back here again.
