Bought 2 half gallon bags of Root Beer. Stopped to eat lunch. When we came back, one bag had leaked approximately half or one bag out. We went back to the store. I didn't go in as I thought that it would be an easy deal. My wife said that they didn't want to give her a new bag and told her to fill her own. I could see her through the window that she was waiting to fill her bag. She did and came back to the car. We went home and again about half of obw of the bags leaked.We will not go back to that store. Now I have Root Beer syrup that had leaked all over Ii our new car (Just bought in January).

Got the Tuesday Papa special and was highly dissatisfied! The root beer was awful obviously needed to change the syrup, the fries were awful, cold and tasted like they were from the day before. The hamburgers were cold and had more pickles than beef. Definitely not worth my drive there. Wasn’t fresh or appetizing at all! Sadly the experience was a thumbs down.

Idk how this place has stayed open. Ordered a root beer amd it was completely flat. Corn dogs were gross. The one by the DTC was so much better.
We ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with onion rings (.80 upcharge) combo. Also we ordered the cheese curds, root beer float and a jug of root beer. Everything was delicious and hot. The only problem we encountered was that the root beer was not closed correctly in the jug and leaked all over the car floor. Also it cost $32 for just sharing that! Very expensive.

Not a great experience. A&W root beer is always the best…food orders not so much. The window person taking orders really wasn’t listening. We repeated our order twice. We received only one of the burgers and then were told they were out of burger meat! WHAT??? We did get good floats…stick with the root beer…

Just got took a second time in a short period of time at this location. Paid for a double bacon cheeseburger no onions, no tomatos to go... What I got was a SINGLE cheeseburger WITH onions and tomatoes and NO bacon. People hate paying extra for something they're not getting. I don't think I'll come to this location again.

Cheese curds $1.50 more than listed on line. For the small amount you get,it is not worth $5.40. Then after I paid, they tell me it's a 10 minute wait. Not good customer service.
