Lovely presentation, rich and tender crumb, and brightly flavored icing, which brought an extra zing to the entire bite. We can't wait to try more goodies!

Everything I have sampled from this bakery has been exceptional—perfectly soft, creamy, and full of flavor. The baker has crafted traditional Indian treats, different pastries, all executed to perfection. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality are truly commendable. She doesn’t usually decorate cakes with writing and she tried for me and it was super last minute. She did her absolute best on the writing and did it with so much love!
Beyond her incredible baking skills, she is also highly accommodating and professional. She understands that last-minute changes can happen and has been incredibly flexible without charging excessive rush fees like many other places would. She frequently participates in pop-ups at various farmers’ markets, making her treats easily accessible, and she is very flexible with drop-off times, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.

We ordered a gulab jamun bundt cake for our anniversary and when we picked it up, we absolutely couldn't wait to get home to try it. When we tasted it - it was absolutely DELICIOUS! We've had other treats from Babu's (marshmallows, chai, cinnamon rolls, etc.) and they were equally as tasty. Babu's has been consistently delicious, so we will absolutely be back for more ?

We got the chai blondies, variety of cupcakes and rice kheer treats for our wedding. Everyone LOVED the desserts and my husband and I loved the blondies so much we snuck them back to New York with us. Jo was amazing to work with and very responsive.
