Went for a work event they were able to accommodate a group of 25 people which was great. Food overall was pretty given the burger options and the portions were big. Enjoyed the restaurant for our first visit and would stop by again if in the area.

Ate lunch here on a Saturday, it wasn’t too busy. Waitress was very nice to me and my younger brothers. It was great food overall.Vegetarian options: They have a few options. Black bean burgers is the one I can remember. They also have kids items and the parking is good.Kid-friendliness: There were children as young as 2 there.

Me and my husband sat at the bar for drinks and dinner. Kaitlyn and Julie were such rockstars behind the bar. We showed up during busy dinner hours, and we were still well taken care of by both of them. Thanks ladies for making it such a great experience!

So, I wrote a review 5 years ago and I gave this particular Bad Daddy's 3 stars, well I have an update, and I have to drop it down to 1 star, and it's not because of the food, but because of the service. Me and my wife walked in and sat at the bar and waited and waited for the bartender or anyone to come over and say someone would be with you shortly. There's was a worker replenishing the ice who looked right at us, but clearly didn't say to someone in the back, "hey there are people sitting at the bar waiting," or maybe he actually couldve came over and say hey I'll get someone for you. Basically, just show any form of customer service to make me feel welcome, and I will be assisted soon. We ended up at Waldos, where the customer service is always great. See Erica at the bar, and she will not ignore you. Bad Daddy's has pretty solid food. However, I will say the last time we were able to get service, the bread on the burger was old.

One of the best places to get a burger in the metro area! Great service and the food is delicious! You can really taste the difference in the quality of the beef used, and they do offer options for gluten free buns so even glusers can enjoy!Dietary restrictions: Good options for gluten free folks as well!Kid-friendliness: Great for families, kids can customize their burger to their liking

Oh my goodness, I ate too much and still had leftovers. My only complaint is that the parking is terrible at Southlands, but that's a Southlands issue.

Ordered to go on a Saturday night. I knew it would be busy however we had to wait over 20 minutes from our estimated time. Got our food and noticed half the food was missing. Food was already cold from probably sitting out for a while before being bagged and brought out to us. Sliders were very over cooked . The ladies at the front were nice.Called back and the gal was very nice and pleasant. They threw in one free dessert after missing half our food and having to drive back. First time at this location and will probably be the last. Never had this problem at other locations. Disappointed.

Service was great! Our waiter was very accommodating to my picky 4 yr old who ended up just wanting tomato slices and he was present when needed for refills/ordering/ect. my complaint is on the food-- barely any mixed greens was all just the ingredients I added on the build your own salad, and the burgers/ apps weren't as good as our previous visits. We've been here quite a few times and this time the food was probably the worst. We will be back just hope the food is better next time!Kid-friendliness: Our server was great with our 3 kids!
