The lady was so rude. She didn't want to get up to help us. When she did my daughter asked for a kids cup. The lady told us she was out of kids cup and we'd have to pay for a regular scoop. I could see kids cups behind her. I asked her and she said that it wasn't for us....ok. don't take our money. Our family walked away without ice-cream. Rude.
This is a review, not for this one specific Baskin-Robbins but for all of them most Baskin-Robbins do not allow online ordering even though it's 2024. Those that do offer online ordering do not offer customization for polar cookie cakes. So many options of flavors and yet everything else is so limited ??
I’m not sure how chocolate ice cream with peanut butter swirls can not be delicious, but somehow they made it happen here.

Worst milkshake I think I ever had, I asked for a mint milkshake and got cold milk with small pieces of chocolate in it.
I had to stop here as they now sell boba! They have one flavor and it is brown sugar and ice cream. I didn’t expect it to be popping boba which I don’t like, so I don’t want to penalize them for that. But hey maybe new flavors will be on the menu.

This is the worst basking Robbins location I've ever been to with the worst employees I stopped going 1 and a half years ago
Called in with a question about a purchase and the individual who answered the phone picked up, put me on hold without saying anything. When I finally got connected and began talking to her, she just hung up on me. Didn't seem to speak english so maybe that was the problem? Will take my business to another location.

Always a great place to go for ice cream, interesting flavors.
If I could give it negative stars I would. We had been to 3 prior Baskin Robbins to have no luck finding the Stranger Things Funko Pop. They had some but I think I know why. The one in Thornton was only charging 12.99 but were sold out. This location was more than double that amount.
