Me and my friends came here at 9pm when they closed at 10pm while walking up they locked the door if front of us and were opening it for other people. Honestly disgusting and sad how it felt we were discriminated just for going as a group after eating dinner and wanting a sweet treat!

Went into the store on 12/16/2024 and the employees are like our cash register is down. First of all why are y’all just standing then? Somebody should’ve been sent home. The open sign should’ve been turned off. My 2 year old son screamed and screamed because he thought we was gonna get ice cream. Apparently I should’ve read the reviews. How disappointing.

Horrible service and found a hair in my ice cream. This is the second Baskin Robbin’s that I find hair in my ice cream. I shouldn’t be surprised though because the teen girls working there had their hair hanging down instead of in a net. The employees were rude and it took forever to get their attention because they were gossiping in the back. One of them took my cone in the back and I don’t know if they intentionally placed the hair in my cone or what, but it felt suspicious. I do not recommend coming to this location. I personally will be sticking with Coldstone from here on out.

We went in for some celebratory ice cream, and were met with employees who did not seem interested in serving us but getting the cleaning done over a half hour before closing. It took at least three or 4 minutes for any of them to come and serve us. We asked for a Sundae and they said the Sundae bar was closed. We asked for a root beer float, and the worker had never heard of one before, and asked for help; when he did, we were told we don’t have root beer and you can’t have one of those. There was no sign of welcoming or positive attitude from any of the three employees working. When I tried to ask for a lid so we could leave with the ice cream and not sit in there, the employee I kept trying to ask, had her ear buds in and couldn’t hear me.
The ice cream is great, as always, but we would not return to your store again. Very disappointing experience!

me and my mom came here to Baskin Robbins after a very busy day and we were hungry for ice cream. Well, I would like to tell everyone and I'm very very happy to tell you that Angel and Phoenix We're very very kind. Their customer service skills were excellent. they had smiles on their face that outstanding personalities, their customer service skills were impeccable for them to being younger as well as the maturity levels. I'm very happy doing this review and I'm very happy with how they presented Ice cream to me it definitely reflects on the quality and the professionalism of Baskin Robbins. I began to think about how in the 70s ice cream used to be fun and families would spend time out as I was here because my mother has cancer and she was so happy when she got her beautiful banana split?i and saw how well prepared it was. Thank you so so much Baskin Robbins for having to fine employees such as angel and Phoenix. I feel, they both deserve a raise and absolute recognition from their managers?

There was hair in my ice cream, and i got a dirty look upon exit, and this wasn't my first time having a bad customer service experience. Wouldn't come here again. (P.S to the manager who replied im not said worker, ive never worked here a day in my life. And personally never would, it has happened where ive been given a scoop with hair and he had to redo it AFTER looking to see if i seen, not to mention being given a dirty spoon twice before a clean one... theyre plastic spoons why are they dirty? and as ive said before, some of your employees are rude and manage very unprofessionally. But that is what happens when you work with moody teenagers. Dont assume things about reviews over a mishap youve had with your employees. Like I said, horrible customer service.)

We came by at like 9:15 and the lights were off and they were mopping the floor and they were closed from all outward appearances. The app said they were open till 10: 00. I didn't even get out of the car to ask. Too bad I was really craving their ice cream, guess I need to go to Cold Stone.
