My boyfriend and I just pulled up at 9:40. The sign on the door says they close at 10.One of the girls working there noticed us, walked over to the door, and made eye contact with my boyfriend as she locked the door. Not cool.

My husband and I recently went to the one on Ft collins, CO. I asked for a peanut butter cup sundae. Not only did the short haired girl, with facial piercings argue with me, and be very rude, trying to tell me that the container closest to me was the wrong one I wanted, when all the other containers were labeled with the name on the bottom as the closest one to me. Then they start a banana split, to tell me they were out of bananas, when i asked for a Sundae! I told her i wanted the container closest to me. They were also out of Hot Fudge and the cherries! Worst sundae I've ever had! But the ice cream i picked was the one I wanted! Not the one the girl tried to give me.

They did a FANTASTIC job on this football cake. It looked better than the photo used to advertise it in their catalog. The staff listened to my requests and delivered. Cake was ready on time, looked perfect, and tasted even better! Also very decently priced.Thank you!!

I was in this store tonight my wife ordered milkshake , she even left a tip , when she tasted it it was very bad I entered to the store I ask the girl to remake it please it is not good , she was very rude she said you have to pay for another oneTake it or leave it , that is what we haveWhat quality of service is this ?I always buy from baskin Robbins , this the worst experience I ever had she is very rude and unprofessional .

They were not wearing gloves this location is disgusting it's a health violation to not wear gloves

I under came within an hour of them closing so I couldn't get expect the best but I was surprised the person serving me ice cream wasn't wearing gloves. That was just the beginning of the problems. I wasn't asked how many scoops I wanted, I told them my flavor and they gave me a triple (three scoops) without giving me any option. There were dirty spoons on the floor. I'd rather go to cold stone if this is what this place is like

Tasty shakes! I did receive a wrong order and a few of the tubs of ice cream were empty, but I did enjoy the ice cream. would recommend for a nice treat on a sunny day.

I drove 20 min to get there before the closing hours which are 9pm I arrived at 8:30pm the doors were closed and they were already cleaning! What kind of business is that! Change your closing hours to 8pm in that case and don't make people waste their time and gas! Not professional at all!
