Ice cream store is out of ice cream? Staff was friendly about it but how can the management allow the ice cream store run out of 75% of the flavors? More effort is needed.

Saddest 2 scoop Sundae i have ever seen. Barely full scoops, had to remind her it was a sundae, and the music is so loud she and i can’t communicate across the counter. Im done with the poor service and product.

So I actually went to Dunkin donuts and the donut holes were okay the problem was the latte.I have asked before and was told all their coffee is available in a sugar free option, this isn't the case which is fine but their staff doesn't know this ...So after paying for one drink and making an initial modification. They told me that wasn't the only modification that was needed...in the end I ended up with a vanilla latte which in hindsight was likely cheaper than the sugar free turtle latte I paid for... but that wasn't the problem.I asked for them to make it extra hot, they said yes but it wasn't extra hot and it was a terrible drink! I mean so bad I didn't finish it, it was terrible.( I am admittedly a coffee snob.) Sugar free vanilla is a pretty basic drink and should have been that hard to make it taste great!So, while they were really nice and I am certain they tried really hard, I was definitely overcharged for a really bad sugar free vanilla latte, that was supposed to be a sugar free turtle....Sadly this was my first and most likely my last coffee experience with them!So while they may do ice cream well, I can't say, I love the other ice cream shop in this shopping center, I can say I am definitely not a fan of their coffee!!???

This is one of those joint, BR/Dunkin. They need to close down the BR part of it. We have been there numerous times. Each time, they do not have the flavor of ice cream that we want. They never had hot fudge for a sundae. The last time in October, after being told there was no hot fudge, they had also ran out of chocolate syrup, To make matters worse, if you get in their drive up lane and find out the BR does not have anything you want. There is no way out of the lane. So you have to wait behind the other cars before you can leave. Must be good for those 14" Dunkin coffees?

Came in around 6:45 on a Tuesday, got a half dozen donuts and a couple different scoops of ice cream. They had all flavors available, a very fun treat.
This was the worst trip I have ever made to a Baskin Robbins. I could see straight through both dips and when I informed the stated store manager she went back in and proceeded to molding the dips with her hand. I then parked and went into the store to inform her I saw her and requested to speak to management or a number I could call. Attempted to ask other staff if that was standing there and the manager threatened to call the police on me. I wonder if it was because I am black. I informed her I will request manager to pull the video Saturday 9/23 to verify her molding scoops with her hand instead of taking the opportunity to make a proper dip or using it as a training opportunity for inexperienced staff member.

Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts share a space so there is a drive-thru. It was confusing on the outside because I did not know this. Once I got inside it made sense. It was a cute shop. All the staff was very helpful and very friendly. Of course the ice cream was amazing. I went on the 31st to get the deal. Now that I know where this BR is, I would return.

Don’t waste your time with this place. Last time I was here it was closed even though the online hours and the advertised hours on the door says it should be open. Today they are out of donuts entirely and most other things I asked for. Got a milkshake that was over $7 and it was mostly milk! There is something very wrong at this location it has a 1.5 score on google I don’t think I have ever seen a score that low and they have mostly one star reviews going back over 2 years for the same reasons over and over and obviously nothing has been done so and nobody in corporate cares that this location is being run into the ground on purpose! Won’t be back!
