Don’t come here if you value your money. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered two regular single scoops and a kid single scoop. I received all of my scoops in kids cups. Mint chocolate scoop was half the others and I had to ask why. Then she “fixed” it. Not only that, the kids scoop was massive compared to the others. Also, this was the drive thru and she handed me all of the ice cream with spoons and no lids. Weird customer service that a drive thru order would be served open and not packaged to-go. The smarter customer service thing to do is ask if they don’t want lids when they place the order.

We went there Wednesday 6/11 at 8:30p and they close at 9:00p my daughter ordered a shake and they wouldn’t serve it because they were cleaning the equipment. Shame on you Baskin Robbin’s you’ve been in business since 1945 and this is how you want to serve folks now, really shame on you! May as well close the doors anyway after reading the reviews.

I looked at the poor reviews and very few are recent so I decided to try this place anyway. The servers were friendly and really helpful and the ice cream is delicious. I would recommend giving this place a try!

I understand how the reviews work, something goes wrong, post a review, well what about when something goes right? The 2 young ladies that were working were great, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and the ice cream was creamy and delicious. Go check it out for yourself.

So I actually went to Dunkin donuts and the donut holes were okay the problem was the latte.I have asked before and was told all their coffee is available in a sugar free option, this isn't the case which is fine but their staff doesn't know this ...So after paying for one drink and making an initial modification. They told me that wasn't the only modification that was needed...in the end I ended up with a vanilla latte which in hindsight was likely cheaper than the sugar free turtle latte I paid for... but that wasn't the problem.I asked for them to make it extra hot, they said yes but it wasn't extra hot and it was a terrible drink! I mean so bad I didn't finish it, it was terrible.( I am admittedly a coffee snob.) Sugar free vanilla is a pretty basic drink and should have been that hard to make it taste great!So, while they were really nice and I am certain they tried really hard, I was definitely overcharged for a really bad sugar free vanilla latte, that was supposed to be a sugar free turtle....Sadly this was my first and most likely my last coffee experience with them!So while they may do ice cream well, I can't say, I love the other ice cream shop in this shopping center, I can say I am definitely not a fan of their coffee!!???

This is one of those joint, BR/Dunkin. They need to close down the BR part of it. We have been there numerous times. Each time, they do not have the flavor of ice cream that we want. They never had hot fudge for a sundae. The last time in October, after being told there was no hot fudge, they had also ran out of chocolate syrup, To make matters worse, if you get in their drive up lane and find out the BR does not have anything you want. There is no way out of the lane. So you have to wait behind the other cars before you can leave. Must be good for those 14" Dunkin coffees?
