Bite of Fusion is my favorite food spot in Denver hands down. I live in Mississippi but every time I'm in town I make a point to go at least once. The best pho I've ever had, that broth is out of this world!!! Pineapple juice and all ingredients are always fresh and fragrant. Mango cheesecake is amazing as well and the teas do not disappoint. And definitely don't forget to grab some wontons. We usually get two orders, that's how tasty they are. But the best part about this restaurant is the service. I feel like I'm a part of the family, because they always greet me with love and they recognize each patron the same way. If you are ever in the area and want some great food and service you definitely should stop by.

My wife and I tried this place while on vacation. I got the #2 pho and she got the Pad Thai. The food was excellent. The service was the best we experienced during our whole vacation. They were welcoming, very friendly and attentive. Now when I vacation in Colorado this will be on my must visit list. A+++++

I came with my service dog and was refused service. I asked to the managers information to speak to him regarding the situation, but they would not give me the info to contact them. It is illegal to ask for service dog information, I pulled out all the information on the dog with pictures provided. I will not be eating here again and anyone with a service animal I would not suggest coming here as well. They will refuse you!!!

Had the panang curry which was like a juice, super watery.

Only had 4-5 very small pieces of chicken and full of green beans. This panang curry had more vegetables than any other panang curry Ive had.

Can’t recommend it. Many other places in Aurora to go to.

Every time we order dinner here we are very satisfied with the food. The food is always fresh and delicious. And the people who run the place are very kind and accommodating with special orders. Plus it's obvious how much love they put into their food! They're also very militaryfriendly!! ❤️

I got the phone and the broth is Rich and complex very good one of the better ones I've tried and I've eaten for in probably 20 different places the brothel loan will keep me going back it's the only thing I had this place kind of blends in because it looks like the liquor store next to it service was good

This is a perfect little peace of perfect. The Pho was exceptional and everything I hoped for! The potstickers were the perfect crisp! And the Shrimp rolls! My new favorite place!
