Diana was our waitress today and did an outstanding job! She's been our waitress before and is always friendly and right on top of coffee refills, checking to see if we need anything, etc. The other waitstaff we often get - Adriana and Brie, as well as Roberto and frankly everyone - are also very friendly and attentive. Whoever does the hiring does a good job! Good food in a comfortable environment.

Would not recommend. Burnt coffee. Fries came out soggy. Chicken tortilla soup is disgusting. Service was good, but in general, the menu doesn’t offer anything particularly tasty unless you order from the breakfast side. Have tried to reevaluate several times with friends and family on different occasions; this lackluster experience has been consistent over years.

I came to the black bear with my three brothers and my parents as well as my grandparents and there were so nice. Chris our waiter was amazing 🤩 he was kind fast and just the sweetest. overall this place has a great atmosphere and staff☺️☺️☺️
