Diana was our waitress today and did an outstanding job! She's been our waitress before and is always friendly and right on top of coffee refills, checking to see if we need anything, etc. The other waitstaff we often get - Adriana and Brie, as well as Roberto and frankly everyone - are also very friendly and attentive. Whoever does the hiring does a good job! Good food in a comfortable environment.

I came to the black bear with my three brothers and my parents as well as my grandparents and there were so nice. Chris our waiter was amazing 🤩 he was kind fast and just the sweetest. overall this place has a great atmosphere and staff☺️☺️☺️

I went here for the first time with a friend and it was an amazing experience that we were able to have. My server, Adriana, was nothing less of amazing and tended to every need we had. The food here was great as well and I can’t recommend this place enough!!
