Stopped at this new location for the first time today. The gal who took my order at the window was exceptionally friendly and the coffee was is wonderful. The reason for the low rating: the cup, though colorful and festive, almost fell apart in the 20 minutes it took to get home. If not for the sleeve, it might have collapsed in my hand, resulting in a nasty burn when I took it from my car. I transferred it to a mug when I got inside. Please use better cups, thanks!
The matcha is delicious and the baristas are always very nice. The only downside is that service tends to be quite slow in the mornings, which is a shame because I’d love to stop in more often before work.
My daughter and I went here for the first time last week. We were both pleasantly surprised at how great our hot coffee drinks were. We will definitely be going back. There are also plenty of places to park which is a plus for me. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
