I’m writing this review because I’ve visited two other locations of this franchise, and unfortunately, this one fell short of our expectations.

The sodas were missing syrup, and the buns had an odd aftertaste. There was also something different about the chicken that didn’t quite match the other locations.

I asked if they could serve (소맥)somaek, a traditional Korean drink, but they unfortunately couldn’t.

I genuinely hope they can improve their quality because I’m a big fan of this franchise.

It seems to be clean & spacious for the location. The language barrier can cause a bit of uncomfortability wit the ordering process. Besides that the food was HOT Fresh off the press & was darn delicious# Definitely will be back!

I haven't been to a Bon Chon in more than a decade! Same dining experience as the one in NYC. We had a small group and a small order, but everything came out hot, crispy, and fresh.

Soft drinks took a bit to come out for some reason, but it wasn't so long that I'd detract from my review.

It’s good but their menu said that the lunch special was until 3pm on Mondays and when I was going to order it was 2:40 pm. The male host told us that the lunch special was actually over at 2pm and that we had to order from the regular menu. When I pointed to how the menu said until 3pm he said yeah but it’s until 2 pm.

I loved the spices taste.
