I come here every once in a while, and I pretty much always order the Pink Butterfly drink. I never change anything about it, no add-ons, no substitutions, so you'd think it would taste the same every time. But the biggest issue for me is the inconsistency. Sometimes it's absolutely perfect: super refreshing, fruity, and honestly one of the best drinks you can get on a hot day.
And then other times... it's so sour that it's borderline undrinkable, and it ends up feeling like a total waste of money. It's frustrating because when it's good, it's really good, but when it's bad, it's just not worth it.
The actual shop itself is really cute, though. They have such adorable places to sit, and the whole vibe is bright, cozy, and perfect for hanging out. They also offer free Wi-Fi, which I love, it makes it a great spot to sit and get some work done, study, or just chill for a bit.
It I also like that they have a mobile ordering machine inside. It makes things quicker and easier if you don't feel like waiting in line or talking to someone at the counter. And the workers have always been super nice whenever I've interacted with them, so the customer service is definitely a positive part of the experience.
Overall, it's a cute place with a nice setup and friendly staff, and the Pink Butterfly can be amazing... I just really wish they would make the drink more consistent so I could rely on it being good every time. If they fixed that, this would be a solid go-to spot for me.

Went to this boba place for years and then staff earlier this year had bad customer service (argued with customer) and that same girl made our drink wrong. The girl didn’t want to make the drink again even though it was the wrong boba drink . Luckily there was a male employee who stepped in and knows we’ve gone multiple times before and fixed the drink, but wow after that interaction we have not gone back since and not sure to give it another try.

I came here and was treated with so much kindness and respect by Crystal; she is the best! The tea is fantastic, and the customer service is spectacular. We need more employees in this world like Crystal!

Came here in May and loved it, but came back disappointed. They have a new rule where if you order without ice they fill the cup up about an inch lower than the top. When I asked if it was a new rule management imposed, they said they’d always done that, which isn’t the case. Didn’t seem that they liked me asking about it, either, since the boba I got wasn’t the best and the tapioca pearls were cold and old. The picture is right after I got it and paid $10 for it, before drinking anything.

Might be little hard to find from main road but it's a nice spot for really good drinks. They also have several taiyaki flavors for those that need a snack.
