The staff seemed in a hurry and as though they were being bothered to help you. The tea options were good and overall tasted good. The restaurant itself was HOT, the temperature was very high. All in all it was ok.
Drink was really good! I got a passion fruit or guava (can't remember) jasmine tea with boba and less sweet.
The customer service though is lacking. Weird experience when asking any questions about the drinks but the drinks are good!
& my husband has a love of the cups they use here. He likes to reuse them to make iced coffees to take to work.
