Permanently closed all Boston Market locations in CO. Have hundred dollars in gift cards and cant use them. They actually took an order had me drive 40 minutes to a vacant building.

They might as well close this store! There are no scheduled hours of operation. This location is randomly open or closed and most of the time it's closed! If you are lucky enough to catch it open you can be sure that some item you want will not be available.

First - this Boston Market location looks like it is in a perpetual state of construction or being shut down. You decide when you go for yourself. Maybe it was the time I visited but it appeared to be in a disheveled state on the inside. In my opinion and my self proclaimed refined pallet lol - Boston Market’s quality and overall care and presentation has gone down-hill since the height of their popularity in the early 2000’s. This is evident in how many locations have been closed over the past 5 years or so.Burnt, dry meatloaf appeared to be under a heat lamp since Boston Market was founded , and tasted that way also. Chicken just doesn’t taste the way it used to. Do yourself a favor and walk into Costco and get yourself a $5.99 or whatever it costs rotisserie chicken. Much better than poor Boston Market. I miss the Boston Market of 2001.

I ordered online and went to the restaurant. Turns out it's closed even though it says open online. I have. I no way of cancelling my order because it states I need to call the store. No one is there to answer.

Do not waste your money here. The service was terrible. The guy that helped us was impatient and inconvenienced by us trying to buy food from them. We got there at 4 pm and half the food was out. They literally microwave the food at the front

They never have chicken noodle soup anymore... If you order from the app and they don't have food (which is often). They have you email the manager for a refund... Just not a good

What has happened to Boston Market? I have been going to this location since they opened and always had great food. I just came from there and got 2 chicken pot pies. First they were stone cold (never used to be) and there was not a piece of chicken in either of them. Ridiculous to pay over $8.00 for a vegetarian pot pie. I remember when they first started serving them, they were $5.00 and full of chicken. I will not be back to Boston Market again. No wonder your stores are closing.

I went in on Saturday around 3 p.m. to get a meal for Mother's Day. I wish I would've got the name of the gentleman who was helping me. He was on point, very upbeat, with a great attitude, and got me out there in a timely manner. The food was out of this world. We had the rotisserie chicken family meal. The cornbread was amazing, and the chicken OMG!!

Never been disappointed with Boston Market until the other day, not sure what happened to this location. Chicken was good but the sides were yuck. Cornbread cold and dry. Mac and cheese must've been sitting forever was chalky and lukewarm. Mashed potatoes and gravy had this really weird almost minty after taste. It'll be sometime before I have the courage to give this place a 2nd chance.

Wow this particular location makes me not want to go back to any Boston Market. The staff appears overworked and unhappy. There are weird signs all over noting rules for both employees and customers. Odd and unwelcoming. The kitchen and food service areas look anything but clean. Dining area and restrooms, same. And the food, because that's what we are here for, right? The food left a lot to be desired. My favorite Boston Market dishes were meh at best, some even tasting nothing like my favorites. The food was served in a to go container, yet we were dining in. Tons of environmental waste, because they were pretty hefty plastic containers. No recycling on site for them either. I was underwhelmed, not impressed, and I will never be back to this one. The kids also didn't like their food.

Now I know why i stopped going to this place. Terrible service. Mediocre food. Don't call it in. Mistake #2. Made me wait on 4 or 5 people who came in AFTER me. Mistake #1 was choosing to eat there. NOONE had any gloves on or hair nets. Ole dusty food preparer trued to hit on me after makimg me wait..It felt gross. Yhe whole atmospheres was gross. The food was ok Not worth the time or money! I won't be back.

Ordered delivery and all three individual meals didn't include any cornbread. One dark chicken meal was supposed to be garlic and herb, but it wasn't. They didn't even put gravy on the mashed potatoes. The large iced tea was forgotten. This was the second visit that there were no rotisserie nuggets for the kids' meals. Why advertise it if it's never available? They did call to ask to substitute for two chicken legs. However, instead of two legs, the kids received a whole leg and thigh quarter. It wasn't even cut up. It's not something you'd expect for a 2 year old to eat. I called and spoke to Brandon and was told I'd get a refund. I'm still waiting...Update 4/10/2023I filed a complaint using the email address I saw on one of the other Google reviews. I was contacted within 24 hours. They apologized for the poor service and asked me to send a copy of my receipt. Over the weekend, they gave me a refund. Much appreciated.
