We were at the Buffalo Wild Wings Southlands location on Tuesday November 25th and I wanted to share our experience and a few thoughts. It was right before Thanksgiving and the restaurant was packed. We frequent this location and the staff was overwhelmed. But they did their best to overcome the chaos. Bartender Jessica, server Tory, Managers Ben and Marissa plus every other employee in that restaurant were INCREDIBLE!!! I watched a customer get up from his table, chase down and put his hands on Tory, one of the servers, and start to complain angrily then asked if he was a manager. Tory was calm composed and said he was not a manager but he would get one for the gentleman. Now that in and of itself explained the atmosphere and mental state of the patrons. The manager Marissa came over to his table and very calmly listened to the customers complaint. I watched because I wasn’t sure if he was going to escalate his aggressiveness towards her. She professionally diffused the situation. It was almost a crowd mentality of one person gets aggressive then everyone follows. The staff that night went above and beyond to take care of everyone in that restaurant!!! They all deserve some kudos for that!!! I just thought everyone should know that this Buffalo Wild Wings is one of the best ones we have been too!!! Food, hospitality, professionalism and integrity - even on a bad night they stepped up!!! Love this place!!!

I like the wings but the last couple times I’ve been here it takes forever. Both pick up and dine in… just can’t justify coming here anymore they’re poor staffing and/or planning.

Good food
nothing like being handed cold food. no one here cares. no eye contact. everhone walks away when a customer comes in. floor is empty of employees. do not spend your money here, they do not deserve to be in business.
Here to shoutout to Ben, the manager. What an incredibly helpful and kind person. I had a lot of trouble with an online order and he was so patient and helpful and I really appreciated it. His whole team was on top of it.
I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location approximately two hours before closing and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I stood at the entrance for about 20 minutes without being greeted, acknowledged, or seated. Multiple employees walked by, made eye contact, and continued on without offering any assistance. The lack of customer service and professionalism was extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on the management and staff. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
So SLOW. WE waited 40 min to be served then another 45 to get outlrv food.

Bad experience ever, food was really dry and over cooked and when we talked with Jordan the “manager” she said it was because it had a lot of time on the table one thing is cold and another is overcooked you can’t even bite them. We were talking with the “manager” and we didn’t even finish talking, she just walked away laughing. I didn’t want anything free I just wanted them to redo it to eat them because thats what someone pays for, for good food but the food I received was dry and overall bad.
I ordered to go and the wings still had feathers on them. Disappointed that even the sauce couldn’t make the wings taste good and left feathers in my mouth. The meat on the wings tasted plain and dry. Regret buying so many wings and nobody wanted to eat any.

I don't know why they don't sauce their wings. I don't know why service is so slow. I don't know why it smells like sewage in the restaurant. I like Buffalo Wild Wings. I really don't like this location. Takes an hour to get food since covid. To go orders are ready half an hour or more after they're supposed to be and it's lukewarm at best. They gave us ROTTEN celery. They're stingy with their sauce. Unfortunately, I think I'm done with location.
