The wings are very dry, you can see that they cook them and leave them there, they only cover them with sauce but they are dry and cold, the dry potatoes even hurt my belly, I have bought them several times now and they are not like before, soft and with super delicious meat now it's different ?? very bad now ??

Very disappointed. We were excited that it was close to the new house, but we will go elsewhere. The wings were seriously overcooked, they were very dry. The fries were crispy and overdone too, tasted old. Hatch burger was okay, nothing special. Service was slow when the restaurant was empty at 6pm when we arrived, the rush didn't start until 7pm but we didn't get out food until after 7 to our table.

It's just not what it used to be. Went right at open, and the bathrooms were filthy. I don't ever order boneless anymore, because it's mostly fried crust and no meat. Sad, because we used to love going here.

This establishment pleasantly surprised me with its menu selection that was more extensive than I expected. Looking at their website prior it showed they offered some salads and wings and a few sandwiches. Don't be fooled the menu we were provided upon arrival was much more extensive. The food we received was very good although beware the super hot wing sauce which will put your mouth on fire. Service here was also very good with friendly efficient service. The price was very reasonable. This is a place I would return to.

I’m bummed about writing this review, but it’s really aimed at corporate in this case (and the inflexible managers they have created). I called this BWW about accommodating seating for a party of 20 people on Monday night (an off night). I tried calling two separate managers at this location to see if they would accommodate us with a call ahead seating type thing (which is common courtesy toward the restaurant when you have a large party) but BWW apparently doesn’t care to accommodate large groups and isn’t willing to work with larger groups on seating. It’s first come first serve. It’s not necessarily the managers fault, they are just working with the rules given by corporate. But this is a really dumb practice.
This location to always a disappointment. Staff standing around doing nothing while the floors are dirty and customers waiting around with 2/3 of the tables empty. We come here from time to time because we figure it’s a franchise and eventually they will get it together. Wrong. Today out appetizers arrived cold, obviously not cooked for us. The wings were asked to be crispy, they were sent back. Our server Zach was great but everything else was poor at best.

Waited 2 hours for our order that we made 4 days prior, missed half of the Super Bowl. It was complete chaos in there, they were so unprepared and according to another guest it was a nightmare last year too. I will still dine here in the future but will not trust them for an important event like this.

1 star because it wouldn’t let me give you a zero. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had for food. Over two hours wait for a takeout order and still didn’t come out, just had to cancel my order.Why would you continue taking orders when you know you couldn’t fulfill the orders absolute terrible management. Not only that but not a single employee could tell anybody waiting how long it would be for their order to come out. I appreciate the guy offering water 50 minutes into waiting. I ended up calling the store and they said an hour and a half. Took my family home came back and still not done. Thanks so much for the waste of my time. Second time I’ve had a bad experience at this store. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! Don’t waste your time at this place!

Never order for pick up. You can reserve a time, but they always take an additional 2.5 hours to get your order done. This is not just a one time thing, but has happened on multiple occasions. Not worth missing you game for.
