I came here because it’s close to my house but the service was trash. The waiter didn’t have No manners and we were waiting for table while they gave people that come after us table right away.
Seems like They only serve people that look like them. Not coming anymore for us getting worse too.

All the tvs stopped working. They had the temperature so cold inside I had to go outside to sit while it was raining. Our waitress seemed annoyed at the fact that we had to switch tables and move outside but I have fibromyalgia and I cannot sit inside sub zero temperatures because it makes my bones hurt. This was definitely not one of the nicer or cleaner B dubs that I have visited.

I wish I could give more stars but honestly after today I don't know. I went to have dinner with a friend and we were seated at the booth next to the area where the servers get the drinks. While waiting for our appetizers to come out I look over and there is this server, older man, wearing a mask not even on fully (was hanging below his mouth) and he was thowing up into the trash can next to the fountain soda machine. I honestly didn't want to eat after seeing that. He was throwing up for a couple minutes and shortly after he went back to serving. Not once did I see him wash his hands after throwing up. This honestly ruined the whole experience and made me not want to eat or drink anything from there knowing he had thrown up right next to the machine AND serving food without
cleaning himself. On top of that not even wearing his mask fully. Thankfully our server Jasmine G was very nice. She took out the trash he threw up in and scrubbed her hands immediately after. I understand shit happens but when it comes to food safety I can't tolerate that.

This review is for at least 3 of the BW's that I've been to since March Madness. They are all the same...Great set up, lousy service. Completely understaffed. Was never this way when it was a public company. Management is terrible. They mistake cutting staff to less than minimum for good practice. My bartender at Aurora Highlands was run ragged. It took at least 15 minutes for him to take my order. The order came soon enough, but he never stopped back to see if I needed anything else..I wanted to order another beer with my meal, as did the man sitting next to me. When I had finished, I could not get his attention so that I may pay my bill. I really needed to leave so I had to yell. That is not my style, but I had been ignored several times as I tried to flag him down. All I could do was sympathize with him as he had no help. It really made him angry that I yelled, but at least I got my bill and was able to leave. The private company that owns BWW is Inspire Brands. Hardly an appropriate name. It's a good thing Denver is a sports town or this place would flounder. I feel sorry for the employees that work there...yes, I did tip..I tipped 80 percent. Not because I felt bad for yelling, but I felt bad for the bartender that couldn't deliver the service he wanted to deliver.

My family and I came in tonight to celebrate my moms birthday. We were sat in the dining room with no menus. Our server Daisy came over to the table and didn’t even say “Hi how are you guys” there was absolutely no eye contact and seemed like we were more of an inconvenience for her. I was very disappointed with this service as a former bartender of 5 years. We asked to see the GM Marissa and have a change of view. We were moved out of her section and into a new servers section. She was very understanding of the miscommunication and said that she had discussed the issue with her team and our criticism was a way to grow her team better.

However i do want to add that after we made a complaint on this server Daisy, I could see her from across the restaurant staring or “gossiping” about the table as whoever she was speaking to looked right at us. I do not recommend her service but want to let you know our server that we got changed to did a great job.

I ordered through Uber eats and I received wings with barely any sauce on them, why even bother accepting the order and sending awful wings, just cancel the order and I’ll gladly order somewhere else.
I have filled out the form on their website and tagged them on my instagram stories as well.

Worst service I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings, sat in the bar area and got my drink and it was 30 minutes before I ever even saw the girl again, she disappeared and left everyone in the area with no server. She was the bartender, so I don’t understand how a bartender just leaves the bar for that long. Probably will never come to this location again.
