I like the food at Buffalo Wild Wings. Decided to go with my son. The host recommended the bar area. We went, tables and drinks menus were sticky. After waiting 5 minutes I choose to go back to the server and ask for a table so we would get an actual server. She said it is all open seating. I said, will I get a server and a menu? She answered, you should. I decided not to eat there and told the hostess that was poor customer service. Sadly I won't go back here and I doubt I will go to any other location either now.

Absolutely horrendous service. We came during lunch time around 12:30 and it was pretty slow. We were seated with no menus at all and proceeded to wait for those. When nobody was coming by and we could see a group of 4 waiters and waitresses talking around the entrance to the kitchen, one of us approached them asking if we could please get menus. They made a comment along the lines of 'they were just seated'(we waited 5 minutes before approaching)and seemed very bothered by customers. A rude waitress finally came to take our drink order and approached the table like she definitely didn't want to be there that day. There were 3 of us, one person ordered water's and she immediately walked away with no response or comment, as I am attempting to order a soda for myself. At that point based off the terrible attitudes of the waitresses, we decided to leave and avoid having our food mishandled because they hate their jobs.

I placed my order at 4:15 pm on the app and they said it would be ready by 4:50, they had us wait 30 min while they handed out other orders to other people walking in just to tell us "5 more min for you guys" Eric was the one that greeted us at the door immediately asked us the name on the order went to "check" and completely forgot about it went outside went on his phone and constantly kept disappearing he came back inside asked us if we were dinning in and then asked us if we asked the people at the desk about our order when we was the one that asked us when we walked in workers kept asking us about our order and never came back with our order horrible service if i could give zero stars i would HIRE BETTER WORKERS!!!!

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars but it is not possible when in for a birthday party event and service was so slow and our waitress daisy was so rude. She was not attentive and she would ignore our table and never bother to check on us till we literally when up to her and ask her for service and then gave me a refill after an hour of waiting and food was cold and we ask her if they could sing happy birthday for a person she said we don’t do those things here it’s plagiarism and we don’t do it. She decline to offer any birthday treat told us if we wanted it would be extra on the bill. Worse place to come for a birthday event they will not treat you right don’t recommend coming here worst experience and I ever witness. They take forever to bring out food as well everybody receive food on different times almost taking up to 20 mins apart per person

This place has a non welcoming stench. Seems like the staff doesn't clean the place. The men's bathrooms are horrible! Urine stench penetrated. They need to invest in a cleaning crew to deep clean the restaurant. And to top it off it takes for ever to get your order.

We came in to watch the Mariners game on 3/28 and our server was super dope (I think his name was Jake) and all the other staff members we talked to were super friendly. Great experience!
Excellent place to hang out, talk, talk with friends, have fun, good music, you can see what's happening at the moment, sports, good cocktails, clean place, good food.

Not sure about the others, but the Buffalo Wild Wings in Aurora, CO off of Havana, is complete garbage. You can feel the grease on the floor upon entry and the glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The employee charged with greeting guests looked less than enthusiastic to be there and kept guests waiting even though there were a lot of open tables. I did not see one person that looked like a Manager or for that matter anyone that even looked like they cared what was going on. I did pick up a large to go order, unfortunately the ambience of the restaurant ended up being a direct reflection of what I walked into. Wings were way below any standards. BDubs has gone way down hill.

All I can say is Oscar is AMAZING! I ordered wings through door dash and the delivery driver decided to help himself to my wings. I called door dash for a re delivery and they never showed. He took his time to call them for me to see if they sent a driver and unfortunately they did not. My husband went to pick them up instead. But his customer service is beyond expectations. THANK YOU OSCAR! YOU ARE AMAZING!

Ordered cheese curds and nachos to go. Half of the cheese curds were missing and can easily tell by the left over grease stains. Nachos were missing the shredded chicken as well. The kitchen staff sucks. The guy at the counter was nice and helpful though.
