Not the absolute best breakfast, but it is a good choice for breakfast on the go. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant is reliable from location to location. It's hot, the bacon is good and it's easy to eat and not messy in a car. The potatoes and coffee are both good.
Service at this drive-through was fast and professional if impersonal. The food was delivered as soon as I got to the window.
There is adequate parking if you choose to go in.

I ordered a four piece mozzarella fry. I got one chicken fry, two completely split open and burnt mozzarella fries, and two half pieces of a mozzarella fry that were also burnt. Their frozen drinks were also not working.

it's 650pm... this isn't exactly late night, so I have no way to justify the behavior.
stale, soggy broken apart bun. cheese 100% melted on via chef mic.
asked for lite ketchup (rest normal) got it murdered by ketchup, this time I ordered it plane to avoided the issue.

Well, tonight was the last time I give this location a chance. "Do you have Cherry Coke?" "Uhhh, would a cherry frozen Fanta work?" "I need a medium..." "We're actually out of medium right now." "It's a company card and I NEED a reciept" "Our receipt printer isn't working right now."
All in one night. The melt is also disappointingly small, and the bread wasn't toasted. Plus the countless other times I've received diet instead of regular or other minor sins. Well, tonight was the last time. Be warned, this place is worse than any other BK I've visited, and consistently so. Oh, and there were folks with receipts in hand inside when I had to go from drive thru to interior to get her to take a picture of the screen rather than print out a receipt on another terminal.

For two weeks in a row eating at this place, I have been able to observe in detail there is a manager called Lucia. I saw with my own eyes how she is very abusive of her authority, insulting employees in a catastrophic way ( to the front of customers ). I being a customer looked at me ugly.
She sends the employees to her house on the day that she is not in the mood.
She likes to underestimate clients and employees; I say this because I can speak English and understood perfectly how she referred to employees.
Will this lady not have a superior chief to supervise her?
