This place is open at 6am...they consistently Dont have anybody to take orders through the drive thru until after 7am...if you are up before 7am go somewhere else because you wont get service until they are done taking their morning nap in the managers office.

I would have given it a higher rating if they didn’t add a $1 donation without asking. I don’t mind giving the donation as long as they ask….the unfortunately did not. Would not recommend going to an establishment that steals money. To top it off when I asked for more sauce he had the audacity to ask me to pay for it, take the $1 you already took from me to pay for it. Overall, unsatisfied and extremely disappointed.

They promote things on the screen that they “don’t have” “they ran out of it” this Halloween theme they promote is a scam , they don’t have toys, they don’t even have the right filling for the ice cream. Why you promote something if you don’t have the right stuff? Lol + it stinks and the food was horrible I rather eat a raccoon than going here ever again

Main problem here is the service. Last time I went a worker who was high as a kite took my order wrong. I paid double of what i was expecting to pay because I thought the 7 dollar 3o was no longer active but it turned out that the guy placed my order wrong, instead of 2 original chickens and a medium fry I got 2 crispy chickens and a medium fry. When I asked them to correct the issue they had me call a number instead of correcting it there and then. I ended up calling the number because the worker asured me i would get a refund. The person that answered, the general manager, who was not on site told me I would get a refund after 72 hours but it's been well over that time and I haven't received a refund. I honestly don't think they ever intended to give me a refund they just wanted to get me out of the store. So be careful when ordering from here if they get your order wrong and you pay with out noticing they won't refund your money.

The general manager, Brianna was incredibly rude, aggressive, and argumentative. Her response to my question was totally uncalled for. Maybe she was having a bad day and I didn't even ask for a manager, but she was poised and ready for a fight. I don't like to argue I'd rather just not go there ever again.
