Every time I go to this place, the playground is closed, I would like to know why, they have a sign that says temporarily or that the employees close it so they don't have to clean.This is one of the few Burger King establishments that has a games area.

This Burger King used to be my go-to, but lately their customer service has been absolute trash. The last time we dined in, there were four employees standing up front, none of them wanting to take our order. There was no one in line besides us, yet we still waited because they were going back and forth saying, “you take this order” “nahh, you take this one” referring to us, right in front of us. The place was empty and the workers were hanging out, meanwhile they had a huge spill of milk on the floor with a caution sign over it.The last time we ordered drive-thru we only wanted two shakes, and the guy taking our order complained through the mic in Spanish probably thinking we wouldn’t understand.The former employees used to be so kind, now it feels like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering what you want.

I know the standards for fast food are low, but Jesus Christ. This has got to be the most unprofessional location I’ve ever been to. They got the order wrong, confirmed with me twice that it was the sandwich I ordered, just to get it wrong and proceed to tell me and my partner that they were right. It regardless of the menu in front of them. It’s likely just come to work and collect a paycheck but actually forget the part where they have to work. How do you mess up and order not once but twice and can’t even read a basic menu? At the place you work? It’s ridiculous. Management was awful and my food probably got spit in considering I had complained about the incompetence MULTIPLE times. And no, I’m not going to spend money and eat something else than I ordered because” it’s the nice thing to do.” I paid for my food and I expect to get what I paid for, not whatever the heck you please to make your life easier. Do your jobs.

I ordered on 12/18 thru the app and when doordash delivered my food the only 2 items were the bacon cheeseburger and BBQ sauce. I called doordash about a refund and they released it back to your store which I've tried calling multiple times since that day and no answer. I was told by doordash that your store has to issue my refund. Hope this is corrected soon. Thank you

Ordered through Doordash. Ordered a Bacon King meal large with havsies, and 8pc nuggets and cheesy pops. Received a WHOPPER, the havsies had TWO onion rings, and my nuggets were not in the bag. The cheesy pops were STALE. Terrible customer service. You order and once you get to the window they have you park in the front. The two times I have ordered drive thru, I had to go inside because they made me wait in the parking lot and they gave me the wrong order.

Apparently, you can have it your way as long as your way is however the employee wants to make it. I have been there 3 times lately and ordered the Ghost pepper whopper, and all 3 times, it has been different. I make no substitutes or changes to the whopper, and yet it has not been the same each time.
