I ordered a bacon cheese burger with NO sauce, I got a chicken sandwich. Also asked for Dr pepper and got coke . Asked if they gave me coke and I was lied to. I showed them what I ordered on the phone/ recipt then still got the hamburger with no bacon and extra sauce !!! Why do I waste time . And why Pay people who place the order wrong and yet when you go in to have it corrected they still mess up an order that has ALLERGIES!!!!!!!! I will never return to this company EVER!!!!!

Got out of my car to pick up a door dash order and got assaulted by an individual and the guy working working would not let me in the doors were locked and he just watched me get assaulted and would not help me ....great country we are becoming your setting a great example of what kind of people we now have to help us when we are having a emergency don't count on the guy working at burger king to open the door for you to get away from the dangerous individual that is attacking you IWILL NEVER ACCEPT ANOTHER ORDER FROM DOOR DASH FOR BURGER KING ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN ...AND TO THE GUY WORKING WHO WATCHED THE WHOLE THING JUST REMEMBER WHEN YOUR LUCK RUNS OUT WHO WILL B THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOUR HAVING AN EMERGENCY. DEFEND YOURSELF AND JUST REMEMBER THAT GUY YOU COULD HAVE HELPED THAT DAY!!!!

Did drive thru and ordered French toast sticks and bacon. Got to work and had sausage not bacon. Asked if they had hot chocolate, he replied "yes, we have coffee". Really tired of language issues at drive thrus and orders filled incorrectly. Not to mention $12 for the privilege of having order screwed up. Called the store and no answer after many rings.

I hadn't been to this Burger King since they closed the K-Mart. It was different from what I remembered. Ms Marcelena dropped my order as requested fries and chicken sandwiches. They are smaller now but it was good.

That could make people extremely sick. That is so disgusting what if I have a disease that can be transferred through cross contamination. I'm safe serve certified and that is against the law. Went to the drive through and lady taking the order gave some nasty attitude just because my husband got confused on some fries . Hopefully she isn't a Manger and they need to change her to the back if she is going to get mad for ever little thing . Worst burger King ever . McDonald's is way better which is sad .

This burger King needs to be shut down immediately. I went inside to order my food. After ordering my food I could see the employees not using any GLOVES OR USING TONGS to handle to meat with. It is Colorado LAW that you wear GLOVES and tongs. I immediately asked for a refund. The sad thing is that the manager was standing right next to them and didn't tell them to put on gloves or anything. Absolutely disgusting.
