If staff spoke English a little better perhaps they wouldn't have messed up my order after I explicitly explained why and what I wanted. It wasn't that difficult. Order taker seemed to give up and just put anything down when she should have asked her manager for assistance. Ketchup machine was broken, probably still is!

I am writing to report a very negative experience at your drive-thru on August 23, 2025, at approximately 4:24 PM. It’s my first time visiting Denver and i am very upset of this crew staff who took my order/payment was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was a heavy-set woman in her 50s with an accent. She repeatedly yelled at me while confirming my order. When I pointed out that she had given me the wrong drink (Coke instead of Peach Mango), she yelled at me again, accusing me of changing my mind. I asked why she was yelling, but she just mumbled and made a long face. This behavior is completely unacceptable. This particular employee's attitude suggests she does not want to be at work and is treating customers with disrespect. Please take action to address this issue.
