I've never been so infuriated! I got a sandwich that I had to literally go park and wait for it to be cooked. I waited 10 minutes "fine whatever" got back to work and went to eat my lunch only to see that the sandwich that I had to park and wait for was not on the bag? I'm baffled and ate the damn fries and went to call them. It rang and rang and rang. Someone finally answered and I asked to speak to a manager. Finally after asking over and over for a manager someone came on the line. I explained what happened and asked if the fish sandwich was still on the counter which she said yes. Then she asked if I wanted to come back and get it or get a refund. They're was no way I could leave work again and go all the way to that location. So I asked for a refund. She then hung up on me. I have tried calling back several times and they they keep picking up and hanging up. How unprofessional!!! Why ask if you're not gonna deliver!? I'm calling corporate ??

This BK kind of struggled for a bit there about 5 years ago, so we stopped going. But gotta say in the last couple years here I've been going at least once a week and the staff is great. Food is consistent to what you would expect from BK. Awesome job on the turn around and whomever is hiring / training.

**Check your food before going home**If I could rate this place a huge zero or even in the negative I would. I got a Jr burger and fries for my 3 year old son. Well the bottom bun was black as asphalt. I am seriously wondering why in the world they would send this out for any customer to eat when they would never eat something so disgusting themselves. It had to have been smoking from how black and crisp it is. so, how did any employees or even management for that matter, not notice. so, that brings me to my main point which is they had to know and had to have purposely sent it out knowing it wasn't edible for even an animal it is beyond pathetic honestly it should be embarrassing for management. I spend my hard earned money with ur establishment. I won't make the same mistake twice.

Always get the order wrong at drive up. Ordered cheese on 2 sandwiches. One had none. Receipt showed I paid for cheese. Not found till I got home. Not worth driving back for a slice of cheese. But can't sit there in lot taking airway every item. Why is this difficult? It's common.

I ran into a problem at the Burger King on Federal and mayonnaise when I got back to my side of town I open my hamburger and it was just full of ketchup and mayonnaise grotesquely put on I thought maybe I would come over to the Burger King on Chambers and I talked to Jose and explain to him the situation and without question he made right by the franchise and made a really good like experience for me in a lot to me because that was my last $10 that I had spent to get that food because I have three kids and I just work a lot and I appreciate it

We just got in from DIA picking up a family member. We decided to stop at Burger King. But we got there at 7:30pm, and the lobby was closed! There were a couple young menpin the restaraunt and there was not posted notice on either of the doors. Just an inconvenience, but this was not the first time this has happened and with no posting. Second time and the last time. Depends on their response if any comes to this message.Jack in the box across the street got our business instead.
