I love going here to get my whooper jr but please STOP GIVING LEFTOVER COLD FRIES , it take 3 minutes for the fries to cook fresh it’s not hard to cook up some new fries.

I ordered 2 Mushroom Swiss melt combo meals. One with a coke and the other with a sweet tea. Also 2 orders of nuggets. Simple right? They gave me 2teas- not sweet! Gave me chicken fries! They also forgot to toast the bread for the Mushroom melts!! Have you not trained the staff? This is the 3rd time that this place has gotten my order wrong! They staff is usually nice, but Not very professional. I guess this Burger King has given up on good customer service!

I wanted to get a huge thank you to Gloria – manager. We ordered our food last night and it was subpar. Additionally, there was some coaching needed for the staff. I spoke with her today, 1/3/25. Gloria was very receptive, professional and accepted accountability, even though it was not her shift. This was a huge plus in managerial strength skillset. . She offered us to come in and remake our meals. Gloria came out and personally apologized and made it right. Thanks so much, Gloria.!!! YOU ROCK

There is a Yong man who works the drive thru who is very pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I forget to get his name every time that I go.But he is one of the reasons.I go back because his customer service skills are above and beyond. That is one of then I continue to go for this location. Is there was a promotion going on called Wednesday Whoppers, and this location was not participating, which was very disheartening, but I wish they would have been. More adaptable to give customers discounts of some sort.

This is by far one of the worst locations of Burger King ever. They had a crazy guy in there that was yelling, screaming and shouting making everybody feel uncomfortable and management did not do a single thing to get him out of there. The service through the drive-thru is terrible, there's speaker kept on going off and on thereby not getting my correct order in and I had to have it repeated several times. The girl at the drive-thru, the one with the dark hair and braids on both sides was extremely transactional or should I say rude. She did not give me a receipt and when she did it was printed like garbage and she simply brushed me off by telling me "that's how it prints". It's pretty sad when paying almost $10 for a burger and they give it to you with no napkins and they don't want to ask you a single thing. This is the poorest trained fast food place ever and I will not be surprised if they end up closing down very soon. They have the wrong staff who is just simply rude. I'm never coming here again.
