I was kinda disappointed I waited for five minutes before someone came to take my order. That's after two drive thru people wave to me and a cook. Wasn't till the cook yelled at someone in back.that a manager came and took my order that is after she solved a drive thru problem.

Went through the drive through. My burger had pickle when I asked for no pickles, my Diet Coke was actually regular Coke, and it's been the last few times that I don't get a receipt

I can’t only attest to the drive thru, not the actual dine in service. Quite literally the worst experience I’ve had with drive thru….both times we’ve been there the meals have been completely wrong. Tonight, they got it wrong again and I was told to wait in the drive thru waiting parking spots while they fixed it. Waited for ten minutes and no one walked the food out. I had to walk back in and request the food. The drive thru staff was completely incompetent, only the guy working the front service was helpful. We will never be returning here. Hopefully this saves someone the headache of dealing with the nightmare of their drive thru service.
