I have never been inspired to leave a review at most chain fast food joints, but this BK location deserves some love. When the late night Impossible burger craving hits, the team at this BK serves up the goods with a smile. Food is always hot and fresh, no matter how dead it seems outside. The staff are super friendly and always offering more sauces. Going through this drive through is a pleasure. I don't frequent any other Burger King locations, so maybe they are all this great? Doubt it. The folks here are special.

I placed an order from the mobile app for delivery in Aurora Colorado I placed it at the Smoky Hill and Buckley store I waited over an hour for the delivery after delivery was picked up the driver had said that they had dropped off the delivery they didn't even drop off the delivery it was just a picture of a candy wrapper that they that they take a picture of the driver's name was Camilla C after I waited over an hour I contacted doordash doordash told me to contact the store I contacted the store the store said that there was nothing that could be done because it was done in the mobile app so I went to the mobile apps customer service that I had to wait over 48 hours or I had to contact the store I contacted the store the store refuse to give me a reorder or even give me a refund. This is unprofessional and that this is completely completely frustrating and I will not be giving this location my business ever again

If I could give negative reviews, I would definitely give a negative review. Do not go to this Burger King. They do not speak any English. Then they try to get you to pay for other meals when you’re asking for the specific one when asked to speak to somebody who speaks English they still don’t speak English and they give you attitude.

I recently visited this Burger King, and I was really impressed! The Christmas decorations were a delightful touch, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff were not only efficient but also very friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. The tables were spotless, adding to the overall clean and welcoming vibe of the restaurant. It's clear that they put in a lot of effort in providing a great dining experience!

For a Burger King this is probably the best one I've been to yet! Staff and the employees really go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience they can provide. The food came out super fast. Working fast food can be very stressful but no matter what the workers treat customers with the utmost respect and you can tell that they try to have fun, having Christmas decorations was very cute and brought a smile to my face!!

Today we came into Burger King to get a quick bite and one of my kids didn't want to make up their mind and the employee was very nice in offering a free pie because of her indecisive nature we received our food in less than 5 minutes and really enjoyed a meal for 6 under $50 thanks for the awesome service and a great time
12/22/24- I would give this place negative stars if I could. Whoever the guy was on the drive thru around 6:30 pm should never be allowed to work the drive thru. He either could not hear us, did not understand what we were saying, or just didn't know what he was doing. We wanted 2 meals. 1 shroom melt with a diet coke and 1 bacon melt with a sprite ( both no ice). First he messed up the first meal and only rang up a drink and a sandwich instead of a meal. He also put in Dr. Pepper for the drinks, and we kept telling him that was wrong, but he just kept saying he would fix it and he never fixed the order on the screen. Then when he tried to fix it he then up charged us on both meals when we just wanted the posted priced meal and then he doubled the order, when we told him there was something wrong with the price through the speaker he did not reply. Then we drove to the window and he was ignoring us trying to get his attention. When he finally opened the window we told him the order was wrong. He kept insisting that we ordered 4 meals. We told him no and to cancel the whole thing since the whole order was wrong and we left. Situations like this have a massive negative impact on customers. The whole time I was trying to get him to correct he order I kept getting more frustrated and adrenaline was rushing through my body which has a negative impact on my health conditions all because he was not listening or understanding us. Then he acted like it was our fault that he couldn't get the order right. Worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant and my followers know I eat out a lot. Just avoid this location.
