Last couple of times I have been here for breakfast they are fast and friendly. I've delt with problems from other fast food locations near by and they are now my go to for fast friendly and accurate ordering!

I haven't eaten at a Burger King in years because they are generally dirty and have poor service but this location was as good as any chick fil a I have been to. Kudos to whoever operates the store, I wish all Burger Kings were run like this.

Pretty decent burger king branch if you can get the right crew at the right time of the day. This burger king branch can have very fresh food, or they can get your order wrong depending on who takes your order. Od surely recommend this burger king branch over other burger king branches. Give it a shot, beats other locations that just mess up your order every time and not exactly fresh.

I normally don’t go to this Burger King because of previous bad experiences and customer service, but yesterday I was in the area and decided to pass by the drive-thru because I felt like eating a Whopper. I got to the ordering section and did my order for a double Whopper with no mayonnaise because I'm allergic to mayo, and I told the cashier twice no mayonnaises .I never saw it on the screen but was hoping she got it correctly. I got to the receiving window, and the cashier wasn’t friendly and kept talking Spanish to an older, shorter lady in Spanish. She wasn’t acknowledging me or paying attention to what she was doing. However, I got my burger and left and got home, and when I took a peek at my burger before digging in, I saw mayonnaise all over. So sad. It was exactly 8:23pm. I had other things to do, so I couldn’t go back over there, but I didn’t want the night to end without reporting and getting my burger done correctly. I went back over there around 11:30pm and got assisted by a different cashier, a tall, brown-skinned young lady. Her voice was super friendly, and I explained everything, and she understood me and made sure I was taken care of and asked for the burger to be done the way I asked from the very beginning. Thankfully because of the cashier’s friendliness and act of concern, I’m not making this bigger. Do better and make sure all your workers are paying close attention. I’m still coming over there to speak to the manager and point out exactly who the cashier was that took my order incorrectly.
Had the pleasure of getting Veronica as cashier, you went above and beyond, I've had a very bad time at restaurants lately with very bad service. It was nice to see a flash from the past with smiles and excellent service. You had better give her a raise and hope she stays.

I would give 1 stars if I could. They COMPLETELY screwed up my order. The only thing they got right was the fries. The burger was made entirely wrong and clearly without an ounce of care. Paid extra for bacon; no bacon. Said no pickles; 5 pickles. And its just a plain whopper, not rhe BBQ brisket. No BBQ sauce and no brisket. Im pissed yo, paid several extra bucks for this bullshit order. Never going back for anything besides french fries that I can get for free on the app till rewards run out. Thanks for wasting my money and time!
I asked for fish burgers and side sauce ketchup. They gave me bad greasy fish , not fresh at all and they added ketchup in the burger.

I have never been inspired to leave a review at most chain fast food joints, but this BK location deserves some love. When the late night Impossible burger craving hits, the team at this BK serves up the goods with a smile. Food is always hot and fresh, no matter how dead it seems outside. The staff are super friendly and always offering more sauces. Going through this drive through is a pleasure. I don't frequent any other Burger King locations, so maybe they are all this great? Doubt it. The folks here are special.

I placed an order from the mobile app for delivery in Aurora Colorado I placed it at the Smoky Hill and Buckley store I waited over an hour for the delivery after delivery was picked up the driver had said that they had dropped off the delivery they didn't even drop off the delivery it was just a picture of a candy wrapper that they that they take a picture of the driver's name was Camilla C after I waited over an hour I contacted doordash doordash told me to contact the store I contacted the store the store said that there was nothing that could be done because it was done in the mobile app so I went to the mobile apps customer service that I had to wait over 48 hours or I had to contact the store I contacted the store the store refuse to give me a reorder or even give me a refund. This is unprofessional and that this is completely completely frustrating and I will not be giving this location my business ever again
