I come to this location pretty regularly and I'm pretty satisfied, but the girl in the drive thru today, 2-24-24 at 1pm has the customer service skills of a rock. First, when I got home my burger was missing. Okay, whatever, people make mistakes. So I drive back (hooray, let's waste over priced gas for a burger!) and let her know she forgot my burger and her only response is a cold "pull around to the window". I wait at the window for 1 or 2 minutes, she comes to the window, shoves a bag out and says "here" to which I replied "thank you" and her response was to shut the window. No apology for forgetting my burger and making me waste my gas. Then I get home and my "have-sies" have a whopping 4 onion rings but is STUFFED with fries. Everything about this experience was a disappointment. Even the kids burgers, they had what seemed like a quarter jar of mayonnaise on them! This place went downhill SUPER fast... Just wow.

They have screwed up my order twice so far. I don't know what's so hard about making something that's actually on their menu. Clearly the kitchen staff does not have a great knowledge of what they actually sell. You would think that a barbecue bacon Whopper would actually come with the bacon right. At least they were apologetic and gave me a free French fry.Parking: Parking is located to the east of the building. There's always plenty of parking available at least 10 spots or more.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant appears to be handicap accessible. There are Ramps coming up the curbs, and the doors are wide enough for a wheelchair. I did not see push button door access available at this restaurant.

I just moved to the area and I love Burger King. I was craving a whopper and thanks to Sarid I had a pleasant experience at this place. Now I will have my whopper on Wednesday at this location.

If I could give a zero I would. This BK is the most convenient to my home and that's why I kept giving it another change, but no more. We ordered to burger sandwiches.The meat was rotten. I noticed the sweet smell and taste after one bite and threw mine away. My husband, unfortunately, ate all of his. And he got extremely sick.Why would any restaurant serve items that they wouldn't eat?Do not eat here. The service is terrible. The food is terrible. My next stop will be the Department of Health. This place needs to be shut down.
Bro they tried to finesse me out of 3$ that’s a gallon of gas. It was by any item get a free fry she put two fries on there. Got ghost pepper fries killed my stomach. Plus they gave me no sauce or even asked. Then she told me you need to give me code before you order we’ll you know what y’all get a -20 for overall this fast food joints is silly

I order my breakfast at 10:30 and the guy told me they don’t have no more breakfast, the guy don’t even speak English and he’s super rude I hope management see this and hire people that actually speak English, we need somebody that is able to take our
