Once again the preparer of the burrito added cheese when I asked for no cheese or sauce. This has happened several times now and I am sorry to say it is quite annoying to return to the same place just hoping for good service and food. But even with repeated visits and consistently ordering the same thing the same way, they cannot seem to get it right. They are close and convenient so I guess they survive on that because the morning cooks are terrible and cannot follow directions from the person taking the order or the screen they do not read. It's a shame.
It's Burger King... most times you get your food warm, sometimes you don't. You're taking a chance on food and service quality with each visit. It is better than McDonald's however.
Absolutely would not recommend coming to this Burger King the laby serving was rude and angry when I was ordering instead of asking what else I wanted me she sounded demanding and had me pull up to the window and on top of that did not hand me a receipt I work at a good times and I know what hospitality looks like and this def was not it

Ordered a large plain Double Whopper meal. When I got to the drive up window I asked for 2 BBQ sauces & was told I would have to pay extra for the second sauce. I have always got 2 sauces since I like to dip my fries in one and use the other on my burger. I explained to the manager that my burger was plain so they were saving on the toppings & I wasn't getting ketchup either. Didn"t matter to her. No wonder BK's are going out of business everywhere. I guess I don't RULE. A bad review over a 10 cent item, that's worth it to her. I won"t be back & will tell all my friends about this business.

The Mexican taking my order didn't even understand what I was saying when I was ordering, there was a teenager at the windows who acted very rude to me and on top of that they messed up my order gave me the wrong burger and they messed up my drink to long story short Don't work somewhere that requires you to understand English very well cuz I had a horrible experience here and I'm saying this being bilingual

This garbage of a burger king charges 35 cents for each dipping sauce. I know the one also on smokey hill road does the same. Lets not purchase from them and take them out of business.

Sandwichhad no bacon or cheese. Got home before I saw, brought it back, they just added the bacon to the same sandwich, forgot the cheese again. Unfortunately, was home before I checked it. So, I just ate my re-warmed half-hour old sandwich without cheese and chalked it up to a loss. There's other BKs near enough, avoid this one.
*The guy taking orders in the drive through was courteous and professional, the one good thing I cam say about this place

I waited in line for 20 took them 6 of them to even take my order all i got was hold on. I got my food and legit asked for ranch they told me they can only give me one when i had 5 things in my order. What the absolute joke of a place
