Sad performance today. More than 10 minutes on a mobile order. Drive-thru people had me wait at the first window even though I didn't need to cuz it was mobile order. This was just to manipulate their wait times which ended up backfiring. His cars just continued to back up. Had to pull half of the items out of my bag as they were not part of my order. Had to re-ask me what my order was. Put it back together. Super sad more training needs to happen for the leadership team that was working today

Don't go here if your in a hurry. Sat in the drive through for close to and hour was 4th in line. Got my drink wrong to. Thanx ruined my wife's dinner

Enjoyed the remodel. It was a fresh, clean look, & modern. Ordered original chicken sandwich (non other like it) and chocolate cream pie. Delicious.

Go some place else! The food was cold and not cooked to order, the tables were all dirty and the street people come in the back door to fill bottles and jars with soda at the broken soda machine.

I just waited in line at this Burger King for 40 minutes to get cold food that was old and I'm very disappointed. Measurement definitely needs to hire a lot more people and work on speed of service!!!

Just ate there , my husband ate the croissant sausage sandwich and he didn't eat half of it , and then maybe 25 min after he ate it he said my stomach dosnt feel right and begun to vomit profoundly, I wouldn't trust that sandwich I had the French toast and i am fine but they need to be more aware of food borne illness that can occur in many ways i would know im a cook .if i could give 0 stars i would

Today 11//11/24 at 9:45am to 9:52 am, I was in this Burger King and the level of unprofessionalism I have witnessed made me decide to write this.

As a Uber delivery driver, I always give the restaurant a bit of time as to not feel overwhelmed. The fact that I walked in after having the order for ten minutes (had to put gas before pulling up) and the order was still not ready!

Whilst waiting, other customers come in so I step aside. In doing so I see a bag that looks about the right size of the order on the counter in front of the lady. The customer takes their order and another young man follows up and hands her cash. I had no idea what arrangement they had prior but it looked like a drug deal if anything ever did. I have never seen a drug deal go down in a Burger King and it is very very unprofessional.

At this point, she proceeds to deal with whatever personal issue she had with the youngster and then realizes the bag that has been on the counter since I walked in 5-6 minutes is for me!

Terrible service. Will be going headquarters with this complaint.
