I enjoy a good juicy hamburger from time to time. And they will prepare whatever you want as you want it! My only issue was that the tomato slices were cut from unripe tomatoes. They were quite tasteless. On the other hand, the onion rings were hot and tasty,as were the french fries .

I have been to this burger King, unfortunately, 6 or 7 times I'm the last 7 months. 4 out of 7 times my order has been wrong! Last time was February 14th. I ordered one item which was a double bacon cheeseburger, and they forgot the bacon! Lucky for them I was in a rush and needed to go, but more times often then not orders are wrong and majority of the time you don't find out until you get home! Lucky I only live 7 minutes away. I've read the reviews and that seems to be a standard at this burger King for some years now! And it seems the negative reviews don't fix the problem!!!!!!! I'll stop being lazy and make my own burger for now on!

After being completely ignored and then given the wrong drink completely and then ignored again and then given the wrong drink again and cold food all because the cashier wanted to talk to the other employees and and respond to the crass jokes of the off duty employee. The owner must be ashamed because they don't even have their name on the restaurant

I had ordered a spicy BK chicken Royal sandwich combo and I had received a cut in half original chicken sandwich with spicy sauce, I also asked for a cherry surge and I got a coke. They also charged me for a chicken sandwich that they didn't have instead they gave me a $5 chicken patty to replace the $11 sandwich I had ordered.they weren't busy at all, there was only one other person in front of us. (Drive thru) the man on night crew said he was a manager and then we spoke to another employee and she confirmed he was not a manager, that infact, their manager left around 1am.

I live less then 5 min away from this location the food is ok but I can never recommend going here the drive threw is always a mess and the orde taker can never seem to get the order right no matter what. I asked for the new ghost pepper chicken fries with the new ghost whopper. Paid, got to the window no whopper, but it wasn't on my receipt so I went inside thinking ill order one at the counter instead was told they were OUT of ghost pepper whoppers and the guy just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. This is one of many examples why I just dont t don't go here anymore. And that sucks alot, I used to stop here every morning with my kids on their way to school to get hasbrowns and a burrito, but the attitude, rudness zero effort and lack of customer focus.... I just can't any more. Maybe one day it will close and we'll get a better "restaurant" with better quality "employees" this place has really really gone down hill or I'm a total male Karen that expects too much. My wife has zero problems here with door dash though so there is that....??
Great service usually come in the morning times and sometimes afternoon. When it's really cold outside they usually let people come in to warm up real quick. Even with me I'm asked sometimes to leave without purchase a item. Not always but sometimes I get offered something to eat or purchase a meal. Other then that the people are real nice as well as the team at burger king I ask for a water cup usually and get something to drink from the finger print machine. They also have restrooms available you just ask the manager for the code to use it well maintained and stocked. Great place to meet people as well they also have television you could enjoy but other then that I would consider this place to go with your self or friends or family. Just be respectful and kind and treat people nicely just as you would like to be treated.

I stopped in here for dinner on 11 / 4 / 2023 at 3:17 pm and ordered a Whopper meal with onion rings instead of fries. I'm waiting and waiting while other customers ordered and got their food. Finally a worker says, Can I help you? I said I'm waiting on my order. He said they were out of Whopper meat. OK, it happens, but nobody said anything to me. I ended up getting a chicken sandwich that was nothing special and my onion rings magically had turned into fries. The worst part is that I immediately had severe diarrhea after I left. Never again at this location.

I ordered a number 8( ? chicken sandwich with swiss? cheese and bacon with onion rings and a coke for the drink. It was extremely busy at this time but the ? behind the counter handled the rush hour with grace and a good attitude. I had to wait an extra⌚ 10mins because they cooked my food fresh because of the order. It was hot and delicious and I enjoyed my meal once I got ? home. Overall a good experience and good food.Parking: Big selection on parking placesKid-friendliness: They have BurgerKing hats for children and booster seats.Wheelchair accessibility: Had a door that was accessible for wheelchairs and the bathroom was handicapped equiped.
