This place is absolute worst Burger King ever I did not get the correct sandwich that I ordered the fish sandwich that we ordered was refried not fresh. Big guy in the drive thru is very hard to understand. He didn’t give me any napkins or ketchup. Just the bag and turned his back and walked away. I kept calling out for ketchup but had to park and go inside to get what I needed because goofing off was more important than helping the customer.

Winter this morning at 8:05 AM and the employees inside saw us as well as other customers outside, trying to either get in or take orders through the drive-through, and all of the employees inside of the store were hiding after they saw customers and refused to do their jobs

Burger King in Abilene Marketplace. The menu is the usual Burger King selections. I got the bacon, egg and cheese croissant and a small coffee. Compared to other BKs the bacon was overcooked, but the sandwich was okay otherwise. The coffee is average at best.
Service at the drive-through was prompt and polite. It did take a little while to get my food, but that was only because the same person was manning the counter and the drive-through.
There was plenty of parking for those who choose to go inside.
The drive-thru is slow at night but the staff looks like they are doing their best. Also very friendly.

Worst customer service ever!! The girl at the window literally picked up her phone and starting talking on it while I'm trying to hand her my card to pay. Then when I would go to pay she just shuts the window and keeps talking on the phone. SHE DID THIS MULTIPLE TIMES TO ME AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE A FOOL!! Hey can we get a little bit of professionalism please is that to much to ask for at your crap location.

It would be nice to get what you pay for! Just stopped for lunch and was shorted 8 piece churro fries and cheese on my wife's chicken sandwich (not the first time) I will never go back to this location.
