Worst customer service ever!! The girl at the window literally picked up her phone and starting talking on it while I'm trying to hand her my card to pay. Then when I would go to pay she just shuts the window and keeps talking on the phone. SHE DID THIS MULTIPLE TIMES TO ME AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE A FOOL!! Hey can we get a little bit of professionalism please is that to much to ask for at your crap location.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food that was given to me when I ordered through the drive through. The chicken wrap looked like the employee who made it just slapped everything in a tortilla and called it good. Won’t ever be stopping here again!

My husband and I went through the drive thru last night. Halfway through the order, the employees switched people on the intercom and you could hear laughing in the background. When they read the order back to us, they had it completely wrong. Needless to say, when we arrived home the order was still wrong and missing items.

Rude employee chased me out for bringing in my scooter. Which has not happened in the five years I've owned the thing. Absolute rudeness that affects people of lower income. It's deliberate, targeted, and frankly bigoted behavior. I sat down with my phone to quickly order, grab my food and head to the next train station. My apologies for being low income and unable to afford a car to do the same process like any other human being on their way to work. My bad for existing the wrong way.

The management and staff are consistently on top of their game, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The place is always spotless, inside and out, which really makes a difference.

The food is always served hot and prepared exactly as ordered—something that's increasingly rare these days.

If you’re looking for great service and delicious food done right, this is the Burger King to visit. Five stars all the way!

Really love this location, went today (8/30) at 4:40ish in the afternoon. Super fast and efficient and kind. We spaced and left our drink and the nice gentleman working window ran out and brought it too is before we turned onto Blackhawk. Really nice and kind!
