I never really go to BK anymore, ita been years since my last time. I have a list of reasons why, and poor service is at the top of it. I ordered the Texas double burger. I'm half way through and I realize theres one patty. No cheese no bacon. Fries are cold and unsalted. I also got no receipt. Gonna check my bank statements to make sure I wasnt charged something crazy. The drink is a drink. Itll be many more years before I come back to a BK

I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with no pickle. Yup you are right, it was wrong. I got a cheeseburger with bacon and cold fries. No one else was there you would think that simple of an order could be done correctly. Nope. Oh yeah, it was $10.

Door locked early to lobby. Issue with app order and the supervisor working was very short and cut me off repeatedly. He did not offer any assistance or suggestions for resolution. So no food and money gone. Waiting over a week for resolution through app customer support.

Burger buns nearly stale, burgers seemed to have been cooked at least an hour ago? Cookies halfway stale, too. Same with the fries. It's not like I was ordering something weird, I just wanted fries and a burger!I was the only person in the drive-thru, what's up with that? I'd understand if they were slammed but they clearly weren't busy at all. Not at all satisfied with this.Service was great, though, super fast and prompt. No complaints there. ?

I went here and order some food. The price was more than what the board has said and then when I asked for a pacific item, they decided to add cheese and charge me for it and I told him that is not what I wanted. They did not refund the money or the difference of what the board has said very disrespectful staff.
