I went to go place an order for famous stars. Buy one get one for a dollar. The lady then said she would only do one of the orders cause I wanted three of them. I have never seen the commercial say limited one per customer! I have a family of 8. So I don’t think there should’ve been an issue with me placing three orders for the famous stars.The lady then also said that she wouldn’t take my order at all unless I have the app. Total disservice I didn’t even end up ordering anything from the store. They definitely need to get new employees. then I asked the employee for her name and she refused to give it to me. Horrible customer service.

Been here 3x because I am working in the area and needed something quick. Nothing quick about this place. They’ll get your order wrong and you’ll have to go back or you’ll get overcharged and have to go back. Today is 11/7 and I ordered the $3.50 deal and they charged me 4.58 before tax. I asked for the refund and they gave me a dollar. I’ll be coming back for my 8 cents based on the principle

I am not sure what position Yeimi holds at this location during night shift but whatever it is, she should be demoted. I ordered 5 meals to feed my family that night. She read them back to me and they all sounded correct. She had gave me all my food in one bag so I asked if it was all in there, to which she responded yes. I got home and noticed I was missing a burger. I drove back and let her know I was missing a burger. She decided to argue with me claiming the receipt I had in my car was not my order! She stated that about 7 times even though i was telling her everything on the receipt was correct & it was my order. I am bilingual but whispering to a coworker in a language that you’re not assisting me is not professional.

I ordered a burger at this Carl's Jr without bacon. Upon receiving my burger, I saw that it had bacon. When I notified the staff of the mistake, they proceeded to be rude. Naturally, instead of having them remake my burger, I requested a refund. I amnow awaiting the police to come make them refund me my money. Whoever it is that is working here on 9 /21/2025 thier customer service is terrible. I've been here before with good customer service, so I do not want to disparage the whole staff. But I'm dealing with a very bad situation right now.

I'm a huge fan of Carl's Jr, as I grew up with all their locations being Hardies. Out of all the affordable and Quality fast food places, I put them up there with Good times and Culver's. I just don't like the A.I. ordering system.
