+ When I eat at this location, I feel like I'm transported back to the early 2000's, when even fast food still had standards for quality, and the people who worked there were friendly. It's like a final bastion of hope for golden-crispy, deep fried onion rings.
+ Remember that old school crunch? I remember it every time I come back to this spot.

- The parking lot isn't perfect and has a big crack on the far end which should be avoided if possible.

I had a fantastic experience at the Carl's Jr. on Cartrell Road in Aurora. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick with my order. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which made for a comfortable dine-in experience. I really appreciated how polite and professional the team was—great customer service goes a long way! Definitely one of the better fast food locations in the area. I’ll be back for sure!

This is easily the best Carl’s Jr. in the whole chain. The staff is super attentive, pays attention and listens, the food is always served hot and fresh, the restaurant and restrooms are always spotless, and the drive through gets it right 100% of the time. If you’re dining in, the staff checks on you to make sure everything is ok. Very pleased with this location.

Happy to have seen a Carl’s jr move to my location, it has amazing rewards in their mobile app and it doesn’t take much effort to set it up. We had just gotten a free sourdough sandwich and a free large drink. Our service was great, quick, and our cashier Emma treated us with kindness and was very swift with us.
