Went through the drive thru after my hospital visit, and received moldy bread on my sandwich. As I am unable to drive or walk I cant get my sandwich refunded since I cant drive 15 minutes back to show them.
Don't go here unless you like to get sick. I tried to include a photo and it won't let me, but it shouldn't be hard to go look at the buns and see moldy fingerprint marks on them

This place has been good over the years. For some reason they always mess up the drinks. I always order a large coke and I get diet, or Dr Pepper (ew) or whatever, but this time, I got a medium drink. So I told the lady if she could please make it a large, all she did was empty the medium drink she gave me and poured it to a large cup. Why is it so hard? Do better or training staff!

I'm getting tired of companies charging more than $0.25 for large cups of water. This is the last time I will be going to this Carl's Jr because they wanted to charge me $3 for a large water. That's ridiculous

My kids enjoyed it. They loved the food. They were out of school but I still had class at The Excel Center so we walked to have lunch. They attended the drop in center adjacent to The Excel Center for the kids of students especially times like this. Carl's Jr. crew was on-point and professional. The food was good to go. The joint was clean and presentable.
