Tried their catered options (chicken and barbaccoa tacos!) for a graduation event & became a huge fan!!! Enough to return the following week to grab lunch for the office and returned the same weekend for a dinner option. Very pleasant staff to assist if you need help communicating. Met a co-owner who recommended the Caldo Norteno, a dish her aunt created a "personal spin", on my next visit. Also, I have been told the chicken soup is phenomenal! This location is like a "one stop shop". Much of what you want in one place and "delivering the good"! Looking forward to visiting this location off Colfax & Jamaica again, and very soon! Thank you!

I was visiting Colorado from Chicago and my aunt wanted authentic Mexican Food. We accidentally stumbled upon this little place and SO glad we did! Service was good. Food was yummy, it was a lot of food and affordable. We ordered the fresh guava juice and omg... freaking amazing! I wish I could have taken it with me on the plane back home ?.
We have been going here for a whole decade. The team believes in La Victoria because of the fact that they always deliver great product and the taste is genuinely Mexican. Regardless of product, La Carnicería La Victoria delivers every time. Not that they do deliver, the product is delicious and perfect.
