Terrible experience with slow service and the GM wanted to throw the server under the bus when I tried to let him know that the guy needed help. His answer was to pay the bill and not tip the server. That’s how the server makes a living and so I wasn’t going to not give him something.
Waited a while to be even acknowledged at table. Passed over twice before I had to be a lil vocal and say we’d like to place our order. Felt bad for the female bartender who seemed to be doing all the jobs…very disappointed and it was supposed to be a special dinner

A customer who previously worked at Carrabba's in Virginia enjoyed a great night with a delicious Chicken Bryan, perfectly fried Calamari, and a well-cooked Salmon Vazzano, along with friendly service from Casey. Another guest mentioned that the Positano was excellent, and the burrata in the Caprese was very good. However, some customers noted longer wait times for service. Despite this, they mentioned that the drinks and appetizers were good, and everyone liked their entrees. The assistant manager was also highlighted for being a delight during a recent visit. A customer who had to change their order due to the restaurant being out of pork chop appreciated the warm and understanding service. The Apple caramel cheesecake received a perfect rating from another satisfied guest, who is excited to return soon.
