Do NOT waste your money. Place started going down years ago and continues to get worse.

My family just went to eat here this evening, 7pm on a Friday, and had a terrible experience. We walked in and were sat, and then waited more than 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff. I can understand if they were packed and it was a rush, but there were 4 tables in the entire place. Staff watched us walk in and sit there. Someone waiting at a table 3 down from us. But good news! When we finally got up to leave, 24 minutes later, 3 people did tell us to have a good night. What a smug and nasty thing to do. I will never come back to this location again. No wonder they only had 4 tables at 7 on a Friday night.

My dad usually goes and eats here.ive gone with them a couple of times and it was good until Sunday October 2. Service was horrible we waited for 1hours just o get our order to be taken soup was cold, appetizers were cold the we complained brought us more soup and it was the same cold and then when the entree came out was same cold we didn’t like it. Not even my dad was happy and he likes the restaurant.

Was so disappointed in our visit last night. No bread for at least a half an hour. They ran out of ranch dressing. Our food was dry of sauce and tasteless. I was so looking forward to this place. Studying menu all day to pick perfect dish.

Oh my... The worst food I've ever tasted. I bet everything was thawed from a frozen puck, the Alfredo sauce was so thick and plastic like with a film on it. The chicken tasted old and recooked three times. The salad was a messy plate of lettuce with dressing all over the rim and overloaded with cheese. And for two people it was 80$(+) after tip for worse then grocery store frozen meal quality.
The server was great, friendly, attentive. The place itself was off with wildly changing music genre and volume, crumbs on the table when arrived, holes in the wood booth wall, broken promo holders... Wow. No joke, do not do here. This place needs to get it together or close.

First of all the 2 times we came to this place we had high hopes because we do like Italian food so the first time we came we did like the mussel with the lemon sauce but they've recently taken that off the menu and it did take us awhile to get seated as well as our server had an attitude. When our main dishes came out the food was cold and under cooked. A couple years later we decided to try it again because we did want the mussel with the lemon sauce but again thats been taken off the menu and again it did take awhile to get seated and when we finally did it was a long time before our server came to greet us to the point where we were debating on leaving and going next door to the other restaurant which we should have but on top of that they claimed to be busy which they weren't they said they were down 1 worker to which if thats the case for the small amount of customers and having 1 less worker says a lot. Our server never came to refill our waters and when the food came out the chicken looked wierd and smelt gross but after eating the meals my gf got sick the next day which we believe was food poisoning luckily I didn't eat too much of my food because I wasn't hungry at the time. She woke up puking and constantly on the toilet from diarrhea. I called the restaurant to notify them of the situation and see if they could give me a refund they said yes we could do something for you and to come in, so I drove there and told them im here about my refund which they made me wait 20 minutes just to be told by Bobby that they couldnt do refunds without authorization then tries to claim theirs no way the food could've been bad which I told him she was fine until she ate the food from your restaurant, then he replied about giving us gift cards and if there was anything they could do to keep us as customers i told him we will never be coming back. He told me to email him and it'll take 7 - 10 buisness days so I email him and wait then get a email from the manager saying they cant do refunds.....THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I will report this to the health code organization since they refuse to refund me. If you eat here check your food and if you get sick dont expect a refund. The service is garbage and the food sucks.

I ordered from Door Dash and the meal was trash! I got lobster ravioli for $26.99 and it was cold, the sauce was runny, and the ravioli was overcooked. I also got meatballs and ricotta which was OK but to pay $10.99 for two meatballs is ridiculous. The Caesar salad was terrible with just the hardest end of the iceberg lettuce and maybe 3 scraps of romaine.

The positano was excellent, even though I went in hoping for pescatore. Service was great. The burratta in the Caprese was so good. Great place. Definitely going back soon.

I had to wait a long time to get served. They forgot about us. I wanted to order dinner right away since we had waited so long, but they said it would be better if we waited until the drinks arrived. The drinks and appetizers were good. Everyone liked their entrees as well. The servers were kind.

I love how the food, service, and atmosphere at this location is so on point. The assistant manager helped me last time and he was just a delight. I originally ordered the double pork chop Marsala with Alfredo and spinach with a salad. Unfortunately they were out of the pork chop because I came so close to their closing time. I had the option of changing my order so I just changed out the pork chop for the wings and it was a hit!!!! I felt so bad because they did their best to contact me. As a new mom, I was so caught up. I honestly was just grateful that they accommodated me. They were so understanding and warm about it. I also tried the Apple caramel cheesecake 10/10 for sureeeee. Yall check them out.
